However, when I walked through their front door, I was amazed to see so many brands in the coolers that lined the entire back of their store! They hold so many foreign and specialty beer that would rival any liquor store I've seen in Chicago, and many brands that I've never seen or heard of before, too. Prices were what I'd expect to pay for imports, so no surprises there. Good prices, GREAT selection and a friendly clerk behind the counter made for a very pleasant visit...as pleasant as a trip to a liquor store can be, anyway.

Seems like it is kind of a dive bar on the outside but when you walk in, I don't get that feeling at all. It looks like this place has a bunch of regulars as everyone knows everybody's name. You get us two weirdos from out of town but we didn't feel uncomfortable at all. We ordered cheese curds, a shrimp wrap and a pork tenderloin sandwich. Cheese curds are definitely real and not frozen. Some places you get frozen curds not here. The tenderloin sandwich had a Thai sauce which even without the sauce would have been a good sandwich. The sauce made the sandwich great. My wife had a shrimp wrap and that was also delicious. The fries had this pepper seasoning that were making them hit the spot. The waitress/bartender was pretty attentive. It was slow when we got here but told me the tenderloin was good and she was correct. She also kept our drinks full. Plus, it is just her and watching her now as the place got more crowded she is not messing around. The prices are very reasonable too. We are walking out spending 50 dollars with 5 drinks and an appetizer. That is not bad at all. If we got bottles, we would have saved more. I would recommend coming to this place. If we get a house in this area, we will be back. This place needs a better rating than 3 stars and that's why I'm rating this as I sit at the restaurant.

Recently, a barrel of blue popcorn whiskey from Whiskey Acres was a product that hit me by surprise. Special barrels from Elijah Craig and another from Makers Mark coming soon. Top brands like Belle Meade Bourbon as well conventional brands like Jack Daniels and Jim Beam product lines can all be bought here.
