we have been living in Jupiter for the past eight years. If you are looking for authentic New York style pizza, Vinnys wins a gold medal. Their pizza is always fresh and cooked perfectly. They also offer a variety of different entrées, Subs, and calzones which are all outstanding. My wife is gluten free and Vinnys gluten-free pizza taste very similar to the original pie. I now buy 3 at the same time and freeze the other 2 for later date. I am always greeted with a smile and the staff works extremely hard to deliver outstanding customer service. For those of you familiar with Barstools pizza review, I would give Vinny's pizza a 9.6. Hopefully, they make the trip to Jupiter and give Vinny's a try. Their rating on Yelp would sky rocket to the top...where it deserves to be. read more

Their pizza is great but the service sucks. There is never enough people working so no one gets helped. I called for a pizza and they told me 10 minutes. Came almost a half hour later and I still had to wait 10 more minutes in the place for my pizza. If it was going to take almost an hour just tell me that? Update: I will never be ordering from this place again. I have called twice and both times have been put on hold for 7 minutes to place a to go order. Done. I'm done. I live in another state and visiting friends that live in Jupiter. We ordered pizza for dinner. $45 for 2 large pizzas, first of all was a big sticker shock, but expected some dang good pizza for that price. Pizza was delivered on time. That's the only positive I have. I ordered the white pizza with chicken, spinach, mushrooms and green peppers. This is what I order pretty much anywhere I go and this is the worst I have ever had. Canned spinach? Ricotta cheese? Just weird and gross. Fresh spinach would have made the pizza at least edible. Save your money and go elsewhere! Simply the worst pizza I've ever seen or tasted. It was a puddle of grease when I opened the box and I used a paper towel to soak up the grease. It was a ham, cheese and mushroom pizza. Very unappealing to look at but I thought it may taste better than it looked. I was sadly wrong. The crust was hard, crunchy and had no flavor. The cheese and toppings slid off the crust. The result was a mess of oil, grease and a blob of cheese on my plate. Absolutely lost my appetite with the messy result. Vinny's Pizza is a MUST for order to go and take out!! I am asian so I am very PICKY when it comes to Western cuisine like burgers and pizzas. If they are very oily, greasy, refried items (which might contain trans fat), salty, cheesy or too much carb then i will cross that on my list. After eating Vinny's pizza, i don't go to any other restaurants for pizza, bc Vinny does know what they are doing! From garlics knots, chipotle pizza to chicken buffalo, grandma pizza and etc.....they are always taste fresh and delicious. Their dough are thin just like Italian way, crispy out but soft and moist inside. Their pizza are a perfection of evening in portion of tomatoes sauce, meat and spice! They are all fresh ingredients which I believe very important to create a delicious pizza which never make me feel sick in my stomach which I usually get from Western cuisine!!! Especially it is not salty just like most of American food that I order for togo. Used to get this pizza all the time 7 years ago and it was always delicious. I recently moved back to Jupiter and ordered it twice and everything about the place has been subpar. The first time the pizza was very dried out, could barely eat the crust. Figured it was a one-off thing. The second time, I ordered some toppings. When I opened the box it did not look appetizing. It looked like someone chopped the vegetables with a hack-saw (the green peppers were over 1/2" wide!), the crust was WET and droopy in the middle, and the outside of the crust was very dried out and hard. There was not enough cheese or sauce, and the toppings all fell off the pizza when I tried to eat it. Having worked in the pizza industry for years, this is not good quality pizza! Literally Pizza Hut would have been better. I don't know if they changed owners since I've been gone, but it's not the amazing Vinny's I grew up with! read more

Went here yesterday on my lunch break (1 hour). I ordered a simple pepperoni calzone, 1/2 dozen garlic knots and two drinks. I asked the cashier upon ordering how long it would take before paying to insure I had enough time. She said not long at all so I paid and waited. 30 minutes went by and several other guests had been helped, received their orders and left. I approached the counter and politely asked how much longer it would be and she informed me she forgot to place my ticket and it would be another 10 minutes. I was also given the option of receiving the food and warming it up myself at my job. I said I didn't have time nor the resources to cook it myself which is why I came here. I asked for a refund and was then told nobody here knew how to do that so I had to wait. 10 minutes later the food came out. The calzone was more like an uncooked pizza sandwich. We are new to the state of Florida and found Vinny's Pizza by accident, which we thought turned out to be a serendipity! We've tried many local pizza places before and did not like any of them, but Vinny's was different. We have placed many orders since May of this year (pizza and entrees) and did not mind to pay the premium $ for a great quality of pizza. But it's getting sloppy and it is very disappointing. So today I ordered the House Special Sicilian Pizza with double pepperoni, double sausage, mushrooms, roasted bell peppers and broccoli for a delivery. First of all, the pizza box was almost falling apart, so much that the delivery guy felt the need to apologize for it, stating he did not know why it was like that. The bottom of the box was all wet and the pizza was barely warm. Then I find a piece of twine in the toppings - see the photo! That was disgusting! As we start eating the pizza I find very little pepperoni and sausage (when I ordered double of each), and I think most of the sausage has been replaced by some deli sliced chicken or something like that. So I am sorry to say this order was less than satisfactory. And I do expect to get a hot pizza when I order delivery, otherwise you guys should not be delivering your food. read more

This was not the bathroom sink, the restaurant kitchen sink. I ate my lunch on the patio for 30 minutes and never saw the cashier wash her hands! We've carried out from Vinnys twice. We appreciate having this option in our back pockets when we are considering pizza and a salad. Our usual options are papa johns, Giuseppe's, or Vinny's and we'll start going with Vinny's more. New York style pizza - so make sure you like a thinner crust. Not over sauced or over done crust. They're newer and clean. It's not a chain so it doesn't have that stale feel. Pizza toppings are appropriate for the size of the pizza. Not sure what else I can say besides we'll be back! read more

The pizza is mediocre nothing special. If you like typical, nothing special, lacking in any real flavor pizza then this place is for you. Make sure you NEVER order a sandwich of any kind here though. It will be poorly just thrown together in a take out container, everything besides the meat, cheese and lettuce will put on the side and they will grossly over charge you for it. Not to mention the lettuce they do put on will be mostly brown and wilted. There is a Jersey Mike's across Indiantown Rd and a Publix in the same plaza that make FAR better sandwiches for a much more reasonable price. If you complain about anything you are just given the run-around and eventually just blown off and hung up on. I can happily say I will never eat a single thing from this joke of a Pizzeria again and hope you all do the same. Another reviewer said, "the alla vodka" pizza is to die for. Death may be a little strong, but it was damn good and really delicious. I think the best part is the fact it's a new refreshing and different rich taste in pizza. Great alternative to the typical pizza; Pepperoni, sausage, mushrooms etc. We loved the crust too. We were told 45 minutes for delivery that ended up being an hour and a half but it was delivered hot. Irritating but not a deal breaker as the next night with friends ordered another alla vodka pizza along with their renowned Grandma pizza. I was craving pizza for lunch today and had seen Vinny's Pizza in Jupiter close to my office. I stopped in for the lunch special, two slices and a soda. I purchased two, one for a coworker also. Unfortunately, I cannot rave about the pizza or the service. The crust was thick and chewy and frankly the pizza was quite tasteless. The sauce was nondescript. Cheese was minimal. The bill was $10.08 which I thought was high. I'm bummed because there are few pizza restaurants in that area of Jupiter.
