I had looked up this place on Yelp as I was going to be in the area, and wanted to order pizza for myself and my stepson. My first experience was a good one for sure, as we ordered the 14" meat-lover's pie that had savory and slightly sweet tomato sauce that really made it delicious. The crust wasn't too thick or heavy, which was good as we enjoyed the combination of pepperoni, sausage, and ground meat on mozzarella. One observation I didn't realize until I arrived is that Santana Pizza is dominantly a take-out joint, with only one table if you do want to enjoy your items off the menu there. So if you're looking to order from there, it should be for take-out purposes. But based on the tasty pizza I ordered for my first experience, I would love to return to order some wings or one of their subs. read more

My first experience will most likely be my last at the PBG location. I haven't tried their pizza, but what we tried was less than average. 1. Ordered online: We still waited over an hour for our order. 2. Ran out of pizza slices at 6:30 even though they close at 9. 3. They did not sanitize between customers. 4. They don't encourage customers to wear a mask. 5. Philly cheesesteak fries were bland. 6. Hottest wings "No.12", were indeed spicy, but were also bland. Nothing made me want to revisit this pizzeria. My quest for the best pizza in South Florida continues, today landing at Santana's Pizza in North Palm Beach. This stop was a winner and came out as our new favorite local pizza place. As usual I had pizza and wings. The wings were a stock commercial deep fried offering that were adequate if a bit uninspired. That minor critique is brushed aside by the pizza, which ranks as the best I've tried in the area. I'm not ready to declare it a winner in the hunt for the best pizza in South Florida but Santana's in North Palm definitely delivers a high quality pie that stands head and shoulders above the local competition. Santana's pizza is crispy, cheesy deliciousness with a slight sweetness to the sauce that captivates the senses with both presentation and taste. Toppings are generous and cooked to bubbly perfection. The service is also super nice and the crew at Santana hustles. Tip generously to help keep this great team together. Worst customer service ever. Rude and obnoxious. We went to order on the phone. We asked what the price was for the pizza was and it was more then the online price stated . When we asked why it was more (we asked nicely) he said that's our price and hung up on us . I guess we won't be ordering from them again. I'm pretty sure it was the owner/manager that hung up on us. It's inconsistent pricing on their website compared to other delivery apps as well. Cheaper on the delivery sites actually. But either way you should be nicer on the phone. Favorite local pizza I've found in the area so far. The crust is thin, but still the right amount of chewy. Their pepperoni has great flavor. I just got the veggie pizza for the first time, and it was loaded with toppings. Sometimes veggie pizza gets soggy, but not this one. Also their wings are incredible. Crispy and very flavorful. Rude, rude, rude! I called to ask a few questions about their toppings, and place my order, and was hung up on. Apparently they are really insisting you familiarize yourself with their online ordering method....God forbid, any thoughts about exploring the idea of CUSTOMER SERVICE has been ignored--Then, After 20 minutes trying to figure out how to order on line, we gave up, and my husband went to the store....So, here's a heads up--they do not use fresh ingredients for toppings...the mushrooms are CANNED, and the Bacon, is substituted with Bacos! The liquid from the canned mushrooms leeched to the bottom of the pie, making the slices a gummy-mess....but, at the same time, the they burned the edges--making the whole thing inedible.......And no photos allowed, or I'd show you just what I mean! And by the way, if I had been able to ask my questions about their toppings, THIS could have been avoided---But, now, I have proof positive their nasty attitude came thru in their food!! read more

This is strictly a "takeout" place or "take away" for any UK visitors, so call ahead or use their very easy to navigate app. They do offer delivery (by a third party company) to a limited area and the app does include a link which shows you where delivery is available. They do offer various styles of crust; thin, thick, etc., and of course a myriad of toppings. For us it's a bit of a drive (to get good pizza??) but based on our first experience it is worth it. read more
