I am so…read moredisappointed in Business ID:0046017504 True Abundance Property Management Address: 1115 11th Ave Greeley, CO 80631-3825 Phone Number:(970) 352-5732 They sound so nice when they are renting to you, telling you how they are family owned. They should be ashamed of themselves for teaching their younger family members how to rip people off. The place we rented in Loveland was really run down and dirty. We spent 2 weeks cleaning it before we could move it. We latterly gave them over a hundred pictures proving how bad it was. They promised they would repair the deck as it was dangerously falling apart. Of course they never did. We had to move because the Owners wanted to sell. We took very good care of the place. When we moved out it was really clean. We hired a cleaning company to come in and go over it again just to be sure. We also hired a carpet cleaning company and a landscape company to come mow. They cut a tree down right before we moved out leaving wood all over the yard. They took $700 of our deposit for a huge dumpster. I went by after we moved out and they have a very nice deck out back. When we moved out they would not come meet with us to do an inspection. They said the Owners would do the inspection. Our deposit was $1,800. They gave us back $600. Of course they took so long to send our deposit back that we needed the money so we didn't go to court. My advise is to read the reviews of all property management companies before renting from them and stay away from this one. Loretta G.

On a Tuesday we interviewed four real estate agents from Northern Colorado and Steve Baker was one of the four. Steve was the only agent actually in Greeley and the other four were from other Northern Colorado cities including Windsor, Loveland, and Fort Collins. On Thursday of that same week, we informed Steve Baker that we wanted him and his team to help us sell our home. We picked Steve because of the depth of his knowledge and presence in the Greeley Real Estate market. His depth of historical and current knowledge of what has sold, what was selling and what was on the current market in our specific area was absolutely amazing. He advised us that his marketing campaign for our property would include open houses, giving tours to other agents from other companies, producing the color brochures for the realty sign in the front yard, interior pictures, and virtual staging of the interior of our empty house. After giving him the news that we wanted him to sell our house on that Thursday, he gave local real estate agents a tour of the property on the next day (Friday) and he hosted the first open house on that Saturday! There were a number of showings during the week, and he had another open house at the property the next weekend. As he was concluding the second open house on that second Saturday an interested couple toured the home and indicated interest in the property. That couple made a full-price, cash-offer the next day! That was the second Sunday after the house was listed! There were details to work out, there were inspections and things to address and lots of communication between the realtors. Steve did a great job of keeping us informed of what was going on and had a current list of craftspeople to help with the issues to be addressed. We signed with Steve on Thursday, November 7th, and closed on Monday, December 9th, with the Thanksgiving holiday causing some delays and postponements! We have recommended Steve and his team to our friends and would not hesitate to contact him again if we have more real estate issues in the area.     This review is specifically about my excellent agent, TROY GARCIA…read more SKILLED: Troy has been in real estate a long time and his experience is reflected in his ability to expertly interpret a buyer's needs. He has an excellent knowledge of the Greeley market: neighborhoods, home values, upside potentials, strengths, weaknesses, opportunities. VISION: Due to his personal experience renovating homes, Troy has a nack for seeing how parts of a home can be laid out and, if desired, how things can be modified to suit personal tastes and needs. He has a lot of creative vision and ideas. AVAILABLE & RESPONSIVE: Even when he was out of town, Troy arranged for me to see homes with an fellow associate. He understood the urgency of the market and was always very quick to respond and great at setting up showings with little notice. He was also efficient at planning a productive route. ORGANIZED: It's easy to lose track of homes throughout a day of showings but it's smoother when you have Troy on your side. He provided nice spec sheets for each one and helped me recall what I liked, important stats or the faults of homes as we made our journey each day. COMMUNICATION: Troy is an excellent communicator. He frequently checked in throughout the purchasing process and kept me up-to-date on any pertinent information relating to my home financing and closing. He helped keep me grounded as I grew frustrated with my lender who could have done a much better job (they caused a closing delay). Furthermore, Troy continues to keep in touch to see if I'm enjoying my new home and has been helpful with real estate questions. I would strongly recommend Troy to anyone buying (or even renting) real estate in Greeley.

    They do not respond to my emails and calls regarding problems with neighbors who rent the house…read moreadjacent my home, which I own. Therefore, you are forced to take other routes of action to take care of any problems. This has been going on for at least 3 to 4 years. My advice would be to introduce yourself to the staff at Property Technica and let them know, as an owner, what you fully expect. That way when they get your call, they won't be surprised. That doesn't mean the problem will be solved, but at least they will know you. And won't be surprised when you take other routes of action to resolve the problem. And yes, I have communicated with the tenant several times in person things get better for a few weeks and then they go back to the way undesirable things were. I have owned my house in Greeley 32 years and have never had this problem, yet have had several neighbors that Property Technica manages the property for. I am not sure why this tenant is getting away with damaging remarks and damage to my lawn that has incurred. Nine months ago, someone through cinderblocks through his front windows and the back window of his car and broke them all out, and his kids were in the house. The cops have been there more than once. To give Property Technica much credit, most of the problems have been structural, and they have attempted to fix it even though it is not a professional job.

They refused to call me my authentic name and insisted on calling me the name on my ID (which is different than the name everyone in my life, including my doctors, calls me) until I came out to them as transgender. Only then, after being forced to out myself to people I was not going to out myself to, did they call me the proper name. The way I was treated about my name is a violation of Colorado state law, because gender identity and presentation is protected. We were also denied the apartment and I have reason to believe it was because I'm transgender. Do not rent from these people if you're on the LGBTQ+ spectrum. There was also a minor problem with some missing information on my application and their rental agent, Julio, without my asking so, said he could bring it to my current residence. I find this highly inappropriate because they have no reason to come to or offer to come to my home to make me fill out paperwork. It wasn't such an emergency to justify this behavior. Julio didn't even offer an apology to my spouse when my spouse went in to fix the issue on my behalf. We were offered an apology only after filing an official complaint with the office manager.
