The worst customer service I've ever experienced!!! I've been shopping here for years an have never felt taken advantaged of I buy bulk meat an was only being charged 149.85 for 20 lbs of chicken breast an 20lbs of ground chuck to take home an weigh out a separate myself. I went in last night to Order the meat a decided to only get 10 an 10 a the total came up to 120 dollars which didnt make sense. my husband called an the woman in the meat department started screaming at him telling him he was wrong. I was then told to come back the next day to speak with mark in the meat department an he just came out with an attitude an the more I tried to explain to him he just kept telling me I was wrong an that his prices have been this high for 3 or 4 years now an when I said I had proof it has not been that high with my bankstatements he said he didn't care an go somewhere else. so after years of supporting this business I will NOT be going back after being treated so terribly even with proof they were wrong an definitely overcharging their customers read more

Super disappointed in this shop, we've been getting pizza here for a long time and this is probably our last. We were over charged, we ordered a medium but received a small. The pizza was 10" (I measured it) when I mentioned the size at the shop they were extremely rude, insisting that this was a medium. I encouraged the staff to retake math, because the maths aren't mathing. Your shop is already outrageously priced, now you need to trick people into paying more for a smaller size? Was excited to try the hot food. I came around noon on a Thursday. The women who waited on me seemed to be having a bad day, she didn't respond to my greeting. She just didn't speak lol. Food was warm and kinda tough. Would come back in a pinch. Decent wine selection. read more

What's up with the meat department's inconsistency? I asked for a 3-pound pork shoulder (gotten them a few times at this store) and the butcher said he didn't want to cut one up so I had to take the 10-pounder or nothing. Left my cart of groceries and walked out. Also, check all expiration dates. I kept having to dig through their stock because half of it expired last year. read more

Stay away from the you-bake pizzas. I just had the worst effing you-bake of my life. It stuck to the pan so badly I had to scrape it off, and it tasted like it had been refrigerated too long. I still have a weird taste in my mouth from it. I'd better not get sick. That's the SECOND time I've been less than satisfied with one of their you-bakes. There won't be a third time. I'll never do it again. The only reason I didn't give it ONE star, is because I've had decent pizzas from there before. read more

I love this place they have good pizza, chicken, pizza rolls and so much more! There's "grab and go food" and then there are your grilling favorites for the summer at the butchers case and then grab some beer on your way out. read more

Vintage is a great place to go if you need to make a quick stop to get something last minute for a party or just a quick snack for lunch with their variety of cooked food and salads it's a great place. 10/10 I recommend the place to anyone! It does get very business at lunch but go around 11ish or after noon and you'll never wait in line here! read more

It's basically a big liquor store or a small grocery store. Vintage Market has a fair amount of craft beer, a lot of popular beers and wine, as well as a good selection of liquor. There's an impressive meat section with a large selection of beef, sausage, poultry, etc. They have pizza by the slice as well as a few other ready-to-eat foods. I got the 2 for $5 pepperoni sticks--basically a long, kind of thin pizza roll. Those are delicious but a little bit too greasy for most people. read more

Terrible! This place is near my home so I desperately want to like it but can't! They are very expensive in comparison to other stores and markets in the area, their food is often old and the employees, some of them, are very rude! It's dirty inside and should be avoided if possible. read more

FILTHY DIRTY & UNORGANIZED!!! Most beers have no prices so you have to go to the counter, wait in line to ask a price which is usually very high in comparison to other stores in the area. Lines are totally unorganized and a mess. The store stinks and is very dirty, so is the food prep. Nasty. . I've talked to store staff but they feel no need to listen or even be concerned. Since my terrible experience at Villa ( refer to review), I have been in search of a new place. The wait is over, I am home. Vintage is great. They have a deli, hot foods with awesome looking baked pizzas, various food aisle items like pastas and mustards, toilet paper and the such. They carry a massive selection of beer and wine as well as liquor behind the counter. Today I got Dearborn kielbasa, both smoked and fresh, potato salad, and what Mila calls "chocolate fluff". For all this I spent about $30 and was treated wonderfully. I don't think this staff will have a problem with how I like my meats cut ;). This place is clean, bright and has ample parking spaces. As a bonus they had little samplings of dips and crackers!! It's not in Garden City but it has everything else I'm looking for so what the heck, I'm giving it a go. I'll keep us posted!!! read more

Horrible! I waited several weeks to use my coupon for top sirloin for 3.99 per pound. Saw cryovac hunks of meat in the cooler and asked the meat man if this meat was "choice"? The answer was "choice,select". No such grading per the US D A. Select must come from 10 year old steers from Argentina! He cleaned up the 10 lb. roast to 8lbs. And when I got it home I had to remove so much tendon and silver skin the weight dropped to 5 lbs. cooked the remaining meat at a low temp.to tenderize it and then had to throw the resulting beef leather in the trash! Total waste of my money. Will never go back for such"specials"!! read more

Not too impressed. I have been there In the past, however when I contacted them at 8:30 to order a pizza, I was informed that "the grill was shut down" . I understand closing times, but on Yelp, they are listed as open until 10. A bit frustrating. read more

Near my home so I am a regular here. They have great selection good deli foods, beer & liquor. They have a large selection groceries so convenient if you need grab few things for dinner. They have good meat selection too and the Delmonico steaks are amazing. read more

This is my favorite place to buy fresh meats. Picked up a tenderloin for a big family dinner and everyone ranted and raved about it. The staff here is super friendly as well and you can tell they care a lot about they're customers. Vintage Market is a must see if you are in the area. Very clean as well. read more

I gave 3 stars because I've been getting various meat bundles for about 6 years and If I ever had an issue with my bundle it was corrected and everyone was happy each time. Never did I have a bad experience until September of this year. (Yes I realize it's November but it was brought up and I'm still upset). I sent my mother to get us a steak bundle and she used her name. Maybe if I would have had her use my family name they would have known us and known we but at least 1 bundle a month but a couple of our steaks were bad. My mom called and they gave her the run around for a little over a week. Then when she finally spoke to the butcher he treated her horribly. Unfortunately because of this we will be looking for a new meat market for our bundles. It's unfortunate that paying customers are treated so badly that they just want to drive out of their way to feed their family. So disappointed..... read more
