Ordered lunch from here on a whim one day. I ordered the Suicide Killer and added the fiesta sauce. I was first greet by 1 of 2 lovely ladies who were taking orders, prepping, preparing and expediting orders. They were busy but were quick with getting my meal to me. Definitely do not forgetting to tip them! The bread on the sandwich was great. Soft, hot and a great vessel to hold the Cajun turkey, pepper jack cheese, crisp lettuce, freshly sliced tomatoes and the fiesta sauce, which has a little kick to it. The meat was flavorful and the sandwich itself was delicious. They have a full party store so you can grab whatever you want to go with your sandwich. I chose the 2/$1chips and a mandarin Jaritto. Been to this liquor/fast food store for the 1st time and they have an alright selection for beer and liquor but they are more pointed towards Wine if anything. We ordered food from the shop there as well and I ordered a Firecracker Chicken Pizza & she got the Po Boy Sub. Bread is thinner and not baked the same. Meat was half what I usually got and not dusted with Parmesan Cheese. So 25 bucks two Subs would be no problem if it was still the same. Let's start off with the fact a medium specialty pizza through DoorDash delivery is 22.00! The price is lower in the store. I love this pizza and don't have a car so I ordered DoorDash. My pizza I can tell had sat around meaning it was already made before I ordered it. I imagine they get a lot of DoorDash lunch orders and maybe they made stuff ahead of time to not lack idk but my pizza wasn't hot not even look warm and DoorDash brought it straight to me no stops before me! I did order around 11:00 am but seeing the price of the pizza is jacked up higher for DoorDash I expected my pizza to be just as good as if I had walked in to get it. I've been eating pizza from here for over 25 years my crust has never tasted this old I feel like my 22.00 was half way wasted! So basically I'm not ordering pizza from here through DoorDash again I will only get it if I go inside to see my order before I walk out! I should have just gotten that oven sub smh. I can't talk about their liquor selections, because I am a non-drinker. My wife and I stopped off here after I got off of work. We picked up some of what this place calls "Suicide Killers." For the uninitiated, these are subs which use flat bread made on premises with pizza dough. These subs had sauteed onions, vinaigrette and chopped, grilled meats. One of them was a steak sub. The other was a Cajun Turkey sub. Overall, I would say that the Cajun Turkey sub gives more of your oney's worth, because they put more meat on it than what they put on the steak sub. However, both of them were juicy. And flavor wise, The Cajun Turkey had the bolder flavor profile due to the combination of meaty umami and Cajun spiciness. Don't get me wrong. They were both good. I just enjoyed the Cajun Turkey one better. read more

The Sub sandwiches are Spot-On!! Made to order, and made with A Lot of Pride, in every one of them! You can tell. It's the "in-house made" bread/pizza dough they use, that makes the difference. My wife stops here, on her way home from work, to pick up dinner for us...probably twice a month...for their sub sandwiches, and we have yet to be disappointed. This is the BEST convience store for miles... some of the highlights are: Quality lunch meat at a fraction of that you'd pay at those chain grocery stores. I get my Polish ham there every week and I save over $3.00 a pound! Impressive selection of wines, I LOVED that they carried the Michigan St. Julian brand and a good selection of them, I don't have to stock up when I'm at the winery now. Woot!!! :) In addition to wines they also have a HUGE selection of beer and liquor. :) Their $5.00 pizza is amazing, you can taste that their pizza is 100% homemade-- the crust and sauce is amazing! The best value pizza around. :) They also have amazing baked sandwiches that I highly recommend trying. And carry some great ethnic pastries as well! Hidden gem? Meh, not so much. So I lived near this place a long time and never bothered to stop in mainly because it just looks like another convenience store and it's a bit inconvenient to get to when you can just go to the next corner or across the street for another one. To be fair, this is not the case! These guys have a good beer selection! Being a bit of a beer geek from hell though, my perception is a bit skewed. Anyway, if I need a bottle I might stop by this place because it's so close. They also have a lot of wine and liquor packed into this little shop along with the usual convenience store staples like bugles, slim jims and the obligatory upteen different types of Coca-Cola. What isn't immediately apparent is there is a deli in the back where they make pizza and sandwiches. The pizza is pretty decent, nothing too special but solid and they sell it by the slice which is nice. Their sandwiches though are really pretty good, at least the baked ones. Their cold Italian is like a sad impersonation of a Gonella's sub though and that is just sad. It's enough to tease but in reality if you get one you're going to be at Gonella's within a day or two to get your correct fix. So yeah, decent sandwiches and a limited selection of deli items as well. Their service is kinda bad though I must say. The owners are nice, except that they call everyone "boss" and "hun" but that is pretty typical around here. Their cashiers though tend toward the side of being total butt-heads. Most of them seem like you are really bothering them and definitely won't go out of their way to help you. The store also has annoying policy of not accepting credit cards/debit cards on anything under $10 and god help you if you want change for a $20. Pretty petty. As Taylor standards go this place does a decent job, but out in reality this place is just above middle of the pack, fo sho'. read more

Word of wise, Do not buy the $20 Kwiky 3 pod vapes or anything that you would expect to be replace if it was rotten, broken, or just not in the box at all. The last two I bought had a only 2 working one in each. And when I told the owner I was told not his problem, I have to wait for the vendor to come in. Even thou i bought them as his customer not the vendors. There wasnt even any care at all to even offer me a way to contact the vendor to resolve it, just the Not My Problem. And its not like I was a new customer, I been hauling my wheelchair but up there twice or more a month for years just for the for the pizza. read more

Good thing too- they were delicious! The bread was kind of like pizza dough but better. So glad we found this place (thanks to the positive Yelp reviews.) Noticed they have a pretty solid craft beer selection too, if you're into that sort of thing. The owner is also a wonderful man. So friendly and easy to talk to. Suicide killer is the best sub hands down! Anytime I want a sub this is my to go to best oven baked sub around. My boyfriend loves the firecracker sub. I gave a 4 star due to every time I order I say no onion no oil(dressing) and I always end up with one. My kids love the Mac and cheese. read more
