The guys took care of the tuba, the billing to school, and helped me load the tuba into my car. Last month I am looking for a specific music book for my son. I used their web form to ask question and the manager responded to all my questions. He had to special order my book. When the book arrived, I received email & voicemail informing me that the book is ready for pickup. Highly recommend the store for their customer service and knowledge.

This tactic has worked great and we have fun in the process. Admittedly, this has turned into a very expensive undertaking. My husband found Righteous Guitars on YouTube back in 2019. They featured a Mario Martin electric that he just HAD to have! Ever since, I've been dying to get him to the store in person. It seemed that every time we were passing near Roswell, it was the wrong day or time. Yesterday we finally made it! The store has a private, intimate feeling since the front doors are locked. The interior is breathtakingly beautiful and slightly visually overwhelming. I adore the artistic design and look of guitars and basses. This was a feast for the eyes and ears. Top notch service which was attentive and personalized. I lounged in the comfortable gliding chairs while my spouse spent a few hours trying various instruments. He fell in love with a Fender p bass but ultimately opted to wait. I have a feeling he'll be on the phone in a day or two placing an order. We will definitely be returning to Righteous Guitars and keeping an eye on their inventory. If you're a musician or guitar player, this place is a must-visit!

I'm a retired person, and was looking forward to this day. I like classical guitar, and restarted playing again after so many years. I marked on my sheet music three sections I had questions about. Cody was assigned to work with me. Unfortunately, things didn't work out as planned. Instead of helping me with what I went there for, he started to tell me that I needed to know the chords, and their names first. That's fine. I can read music and find the notes in different positions without naming the chords. I play the notes out following the sheet music. So, I paid for getting NO help but discouragement. No matter what! I love this piece of music, and will play it. Cody, you act like you know it all. You snowed your BIG weakness by trying to help me. You had hard time reading my sheet music, blaming the person who wrote the arrangement. Well, shape up before you criticize others. Study more classical guitar and methods of teaching!!!!!!!
