Small outdoor patio for lunch on a nice day. Game broadcast was a little loud. Food was good. Great fries! Turkey club, chicken sandwich, chicken tenders and fish tacos were all great

Our group of four was easily able to snag an outdoor spot on a busy Saturday morning. All of us ordered versions of the loaded breakfast potatoes and it hit the spot after a long celebratory night out just hours before. Cute little spot for a quick hair of the dog! Good service and a good downtown location. Prices were reasonable. Got the nachos, tater tots, and caesar salad. Everything was tasty and hot. They were able to put the chicken on the side for the nachos which I appreciated.

Drinks are fire, and the food is even better. Nothing much better in life than some chicken nachos and a Bees Knees on the patio on a hot summer day. If you have Grant or Cole serving you, they are easy pickens, but every other server is sweet.

We went here for an outdoor patio that would allow dogs and it's the perfect spot! On a Friday evening we were able to walk right in and order food (kitchen closes at 10). Service was quick and they also brought out a water bowl for our friend's dog. Their drink list is also pretty extensive. I recommend!

Service was fantastic , food was delicious (had spicy peanut bowl), beverage selection was large, and music was on point...will revisit when I'm back in Madison!

This place has a really cool vibe! I stopped in here with some friends before a night out and we tried the nachos and they were really good! For $12 ($10 without chicken) they give you a very generous amount and they don't skimp on the toppings! The queso had a bit of a kick to it too which I really loved. Everything tasted super fresh and I'll definitely be coming back in the future to try some of their other food! They have a really extensive drink menu too and games available for customers to play.

I like coming here on a chill night - they have a really good selection of beers, mostly their own as well! The bar feels a little divey, but who can say no to good beer that's also cheap? They frequently have good specials here, but most beers are under $6-7. Dedication is one of my favorites, but I tried the oatmeal stout this time and it didn't disappoint! Definitely recommend!

Seems to be a pretty nice place to meet up with people. It's very nice and trendy with the ambient hanging lights and such. Not too too loud music perfect for conversations. We sat outside,,, if you haven't already noticed that I was describing their patio area. Anyways, I ordered cheese curds to share. Vintage burger and the Caesar salad for me. So!! Here goes... Cheese Curds: they were pretty good. Squeaky cheese is always a good indication of perfect curds. Caesar salad: forgettable Vintage Burger: That was the redeemer of everything. I would have to say that it's definitely a strong burger. I would love to give it a 4, but unfortunately the service was a bit lacking. There was no shareable little plates when the appetizers arrived. I had to ask for it. Then when the burger came,, the server was non existent. I've seen her pass by twice,, seemed like she was ignoring us. So I just took it upon myself to walk to the just recently vacated table to grab their condiments for my burger. My water was never refilled as well. Oh well right??? What's done is done. At least the beer was cold and the food was pretty good. And I told you all about my experience through this app. Thanks for reading my review. I hope this helps. Enjoy your awesome yelptastic day!

We have been staying downtown and now visited the last Vintage of the three in town. This one serves the college crowd and the food menu reflects that. We wanted the spinach salad but they were out of spinach. We settled for the nachos, which were awesome but not the healthy route that we originally wanted, we also ordered the chicken tenders with fries. Kitchen is limited that is maybe why... Nice outdoor sitting area and nice staff, Michael the bartender was awesome.

Nice spot for brunch. Great patio with outdoor seating. Like the build your own bloody bar and at $5 that's pretty cheap for a bloody anywhere, much less BYO. Mine didn't taste good, but probably my own fault. I ordered the huevos rancheros and thought it was the perfect meal for the start of Saturday after late night drinking Friday. My wife had the spinach crepes and I must say they looked so un-appetizing and had the consistency of raw dough. The inside was excellent however. All in all I enjoyed the place, nice drink menu, good beer selections and they make their own too :). Give it a shot. Especially if you don't want to wait forever at Bassett Brunch around the corner.

We had some old fashioneds before ordering food, and I thought they were good. Service was super attentive, especially as we delayed ordering to enjoy drinks and an appetizer for a bit. I ordered the beer battered cod fish fry (my staple), and overall it was yummy to eat. The two pieces that came out were enormous and a bit wonky shaped... made me wonder what on earth this fish looked like in its swimming days. The batter was quite tasty, crunchy but not too crunchy/hard, but it was so incredibly think I'm not sure I got fish in every bite. I took one piece home and give the fish part to my pup as a meal topper, and the ratio of breading I had to pull off compared to fish was a bit (quite a bit) much. Still, everything I ate was tasty. I got the salad with my dinner, and was so happy that it came out with quality greens instead of a chunk of iceberg type lettuce. Overall, I'd come back again if others wanted, but wasn't wild about the batter to fish ratio.

The bartender assured us that their vegan options were incredible. MadisonTap features many local Wisconsin beers on tap. They seem to often rotate the beers and keep a solid selection. MadisonTap was spacious with bar seats, tables, and booths available. The design and decor were well thought out. The crowd seems to be young professionals in their mid-20s to early 30s. I don't recall the beers I got here but I do remember prices being ~$7-10 range mark. The bartender and owner place special emphasis on being vegetarian and vegan friendly. Even one of the cocktails used vegan butter. There was a single bartender when I visited but it was a bit slow. We had a great conversation and watched Christmas movies on the projectors. I don't eat a whole lot of deep fried foods and that just seemed like a lot. I sat at the bar, and the bartender got to me pretty quickly and asked me if I wanted a drink. I ordered a glass of wine and a water, but had to ask him for a food menu. I opted for the grilled chicken sandwich with the side salad instead of fries. And then I waited. So long that the woman next to me made comments. People who showed up after I had ordered were eating fish before my sandwich showed up. The chicken was perfectly cooked, but completely lost on the sandwich. There was so much swiss on it, I could only taste cheese and bacon on greasy lightly toasted bread. The salad was barely dressed and just lettuce. I couldn't tell you what flavor the dressing was, but I piled the lettuce on top of the sandwich to try and cut some of the richness. I like cheese as much as the next gal, but it was a chicken sandwich. Even the mustard was lost. The prices are good, the actual restaurant was cute and just across from the capital. The portion was large, it just was lackluster.

We went on a Saturday night. The crowd was mostly young college students from the nearby university but it is for all ages before 8pm. The atmosphere was a very fun, high energy vibe, with music in the background but still laid back because it is a small arcade bar. I loved the arcade/gaming themed bar and food menu that goes perfectly with the whole atmosphere! They have cheap fun cocktails that come in cute cups like Pac-Man(sweet Sex on the Beach cocktail) and fruity shots like the Fiery Mario and Kitby's Dream Potion. There was a decent selection of tap beers and even mocktails! They have a small menu of bar food like the Donkey King Chicken Strips, Street Fighter Nachos, and a selection of Lorenzo's Pizza. Make sure to check out their website because different days they have different deal specials throughput the week. To play the arcade games you need to purchase a loadable Tap and Play card with denominations of $20, $30, $40, $50, $75 and $100 but beware of the $2 new card fee. To play the games, you tap the machine with your card. It's 35 - 95 taps per play depending on what game you want to play. I thought the pricing was high compared to some of the other nearby arcades since its also a small selection of games. Some of the games you can earn points or rewards called CAPS where more tap points are added on your card to play more games or even claim for food/drinks off the CAPS menu. Double Tap Beercade didn't have a big selection of classic games but they had my favorite game "Street Fighter". They have games a small mix of carnival, pinball, and arcade games such as skee ball, Mario Kart, Pac-Man, and Sink It. I noticed a-lot of dirty food plates, empty drinks not cleaned up from the tables left on tables when people were clearly done. I hope they make an effort to be better about staying on top off of picking up dirty plates, clearing, and cleaning tables as people are done so guests can enjoy available clean tables because it wasn't super busy and there was more than one staff. The Double Tap Beercade has room for improvements but it is definitely a great, small, laid back, fun arcade bar that is fun place to meet up with family, friends, or a date night! The bartenders provided attentive, friendly service! I definitely plan on going back again because it was such a fun atmosphere!

Cool hangout spot. The card makes it accessible to reload money for games. Their taps are kind of odd (about 30-50 taps a game - feels like an arbitrary number). Also, we wish the space was better maximized. You have guitar hero next to the equivalent of DDR so music is just blaring on top of one another.

Our appetizer arrived at the same time as our food. A big serving no-no. The server should have spaced out our meal. They did end up remaking my sandwich and it was served to me with two slices of cold cheese that hadn't melted yet on the sandwich. Our appetizer pretzel was good but didn't have any salt? Is this normal? Seems odd for a pretzel... My partner ordered the CBR wrap with Buffalo sauce and a side sauce of garlic Parmesan aioli. His sandwich came with no Buffalo sauce and he thought his garlic Parmesan aioli lacked flavor but when I tasted I realized they gave him avocado aioli instead. The fact so much went wrong with the meal had us scratching our heads - was this a kitchen mistake or had our server just totally mis-entered so much of our meal into the system?
