He proceeded to charge me the full amount that was quoted for both repair and link removal. When I questioned him, he became very disrespectful and rude and short tempered. He ended up discounting after lengthy conversation and he grabbed my card out of my hand to make payment. Although I support small businesses, I will never go back again to this store, the owner exhibits a lack professionalism that should be present, regardless of the size of the store or organization.

As it turns out they have a new policy that voids your Warranty if you haven't brought your rings in to be serviced every six months. They wouldn't honor their old warranty.
