It has the potential to be a great place. We sat in the alley at a nicely shaded spot and enjoyed a perfectly cold drink and some interesting appetizers. It's cool looking inside and it's easy to find located on the main street. Service was snappy and overall it was a good visit. Area's that need improvement include: Music outside you can hear blocks away. It's LOUD, VERY LOUD outside, there is a subtle difference between providing a vibe and permanent hearing loss. Providing a bowl of water for my dog seemed like I was asking the staff to strip naked on the spot, It's not that difficult, really. French fries are in the "snow covered driveway style", enough salt to clear anyone's driveway in the dead of winter. read more

In laws recommended this place, and we went and had a good date night. Would definitely recommend the steak egg roles appetizer. I got the jerk chicken sandwich and upgraded to potato wedges. Sandwich tasted good but not memorable. It was also super bready. I'd recommend a different sandwich bread that's smaller or increase size of chicken breast. I've never had an experience other than fantastic here. I've had the burgers, pizza, etc. everything has been great. And the Fettuccine Alfredo with Broccoli and Mushrooms is my absolute favorite. Check the photo. Cool place and nice staff! I was also here for a private event they hosted and they did an excellent job. The staff always made sure everyone was well taken care of. There was a lot of food, and everything was set up so nicely, and was delicious. This place is a gem. They have daily deals as well. Some of them seem too good to be true. And the pizza is insane. Go on a Sunday, and get 1/2 off large round pizzas?! Monday better for you? Large round 3 topping carry out for $7.99. I know. Doesn't make sense. Go on in. It's great! read more

Very tasty food. I'm not a big fan of round pizza. I prefer deep Dish but I still really enjoyed their pizza! During Covid staff was a little slow but that's the case everywhere - normal during a pandemic. Things seep pretty quick now. Love when they have Serbian food items on the menu. Live far away. She said that it was the best mojito that she has ever tasted. The wait staff were cheerful and eager to please. The jazz guitarist entertaining that night topped off the evening. Bartenders choose to mock guests and not communicate on how long food will take from the kitchen. Then management comes over or those that act as management to defend the bartender that makes the comments under his breathe on how guests are aggressive. Meanwhile she is doing shots behind the bar on the clock. Classy establishment. Never saw bartender again rest of the night. Food was good though. read more

Had super High hopes going into this local business during covid. the food was great the service was amazing, but absolutely no one on staff was wearing their masks. our waitress whould take hers off while at the computer and in the back of house, I never even saw the bartender wear one the entire time we were there, and the cook even came out from the back and was not wearing a mask as he just made our food. I ordered lunch from here and had a terrible experience, we ordered a jerk chicken sandwich with chips, and a house salad. when we got the order the sandwich had fries and they charged us for them, and no chips. I also did not get the right amount of change back, they had kept 1.47. which normally k would tip but after this experience and them just taking it I asked for it back , when I went back because we wanted our chips we ordered, the cook or someone came out and was extremely rude saying you only get chips or fries not both. Never again! Mediocre food, bad customer service. Sadly, this place is irrelevant.   The lighting was bad, the music was loud.  The door positioned right behind our table didn't latch, so there was a constant 26 degree breeze behind us the whole night. It took 35 minutes to get our food, which was mediocre at best.  My hamburger was pre-pattied and barely seasoned. The bun was stale. Why not just make a fresh, seasoned burger? The fries were the little skinny cut fries that never stay hot - but at least they were well seasoned.   The waitress was sweet and apologetic.  It was her first night. When I spoke to the owner, he was defensive. He never offered to remake my food or ask what he could do during my next encounter to make it better.  He actually told me the last thing he would recommend on his menu is the burger. Seriously?  Why even have something on your menu that you wouldn't recommend?  The conversation was frustrating and not at all productive.  Save your $15 and go somewhere else before stopping by Vinyl Bar and Grill. read more

Realized at one point that I had interacted with the owner and am shocked, the man does not have customers satisfaction as a concern. The manager and staff are incredibly rude. It was such a weird experience, the waiter seemed like he didn't know what was going on and the bartender was feeling up on his girlfriend who was sitting at the bar with NO SHOES ON and her feet up on the stool next to her. Our wings were rock hard and we asked for our order to go and the waiter brought out our to go order on a plate when everyone else was done eating. My friend wrote a review sharing her disappointment with her food and our waiter commented and said that we didnt know how to order and said that we were in pajamas and called us dumb shits. My kids took me here for Mother's Day it was the first time we had been there. We ordered the Cajun steak bites, steak egg rolls, side salad, chicken tortilla soup, a pizza calzone, Mediterranean wrap and a grilled chicken breast with veg and rice. Also a supreme pizza to go. Steak bites were cooked as we ordered them med rare and were delicious, may seem expensive for an app but the portion size was worth it. Steak egg rolls were crispy on the outside, cheese well melted great taste, chicken tortilla was the soup of the day and was delicious had a little kick to it. Pizza calzone was crust was crispy you could hear it when my daughter was cutting through it. Mediterranean wrap was great chicken was not dry, hummus was good. Chicken breast also was not dry, broccoli was roasted, rice was a little bland but when eaten with the broccoli and chicken had good flavor. Pizza crust was thin on the bottom and crispy which I liked. Next time I would ask for light sauce, just my preference. Overall very good first impression. Will definitely be coming back. Also all the waitresses were very friendly and helpful. We had a great waitress, however I can't remember her name. read more

Second visit to Vinyl since they opened earlier this month. This place is amazing. The staff is friendly and fun and the food is unique and so tasty. We had the Steak Egg Rolls for an appetizer and The Cuban Sandwich for our meal. Casual dining at it's best. Keep up the good work, Scott! read more

Went there today for dinner and drinks. Ordered potato soup and philly steak calzone, the soup that was brought out was vegetable soup and the waiter argued that it was potato soup with tomatoe sauce and vegetables, to me that is vegetable soup. The calzone was cold and didn't taste good. I will not be visiting again and would not recommend it to anyone!! read more
