While we understand that businesses can set their own policies, the way this was handled left a bad impression and took away from what was otherwise meant to be a positive family outing. We hope management considers how these situations are handled in the future, especially when recognizing military service.

Not ideal for a Valentine's date when you're trying to have a conversation. Random but important: the bathrooms were spectacular.
