The office is efficiently run, the staff is incredibly welcoming, and pre-visit communication and the follow-up after was prompt and thorough. Heart health can be a stressful topic, but Dr. Attalah's calm and expert demeanor immediately put me at ease. He explained complex concepts in a way that was easy to grasp and took all my questions seriously. He did not speak at me which I appreciated. The diagnostic process was high-tech yet personal, and his entire team collaborated to ensure I had a clear, actionable plan moving forward. I really appreciate Dr. Attalah's focus on preventative care as someone who is relatively healthy with a family history of heart disease. He has put my mind at ease! I spoke to Mason on the phone to make an appointment. He recently took over the business a few…read moremonths ago. It's great to have a hyperbaric chamber close by and they are open on Saturday too. The hyperbaric chamber sessions are about 60 to 80 minutes. They cost about $125 a session. It's a zipper that you have to enter through. He said it's comfortable inside and I can be in with my phone, shoes off though. It's in the same shopping center as Wannashake? And Jonny Cakes, both good spots too. It's next to the Troy City Fitness. Compression for the legs for increased blood flow. The compression feels good, feels like a deep squeeze massage. I got set up with my charger for my phone since it drains quickly. The compression is for a half hour. It is supposed to help you feel lighter on your feet. The cryo is only for 3 mins. Socks and gloves to avoid hypothermia. It's at -200 degrees. In the buff. Boxers for the boys and their boys, if you know what I mean. The crypto is $60 a session. My teeth started to chatter within the first few seconds. Wow. Felt aches from my knees and my elbows, due to inflammation in the area. They provide you coffee and water while you are in your sessions. The hyperbaric chamber session started around noon. Takes about 5 minutes to inflate the chamber. Clear your ears like on a plane the first few minutes. The pure oxygen in your nose takes some getting used to the taste and smell of it all. Once you are in and it's inflated and your ears have popped, it's quite comfortable to just chill out here for an hour. The bed pad could use another layer. Come in for some detox and brain clarity and great blood flow too. Depressurization right on time. Ears are popping again. Decided to try it all and do a session in the infrared sauna for a 29 minute session as well. It's warming from my core out. It feels like a warm and lovely hug. The service here is above and beyond. Mason puts you at ease and regularly checks up on you to make sure you are not uneasy or uncomfortable in every session. He has great bedside manners and is detailed in explaining the session process and benefits too. From the compression, frigid cryo, infusion of intense oxygen and the infrared heat. I feel energized and refreshed. I have been here for almost 3 hours. It feels like a full day spa day today. Feeling so fantastic. It feels like 3 hour Swedish massage. I bought a package for my husband to try it all as well, soon.

BG: I was in a car accident in 2011 and as a pet groomer, I had a hard time with my neck and back while doing my very physical job. So I started seeing Dr. Adam... He took x-rays, had a nice long consultation that discussed a plan of action on how to adjust my spine over X amount of time. Not long after I started my adjustments, I found out I was pregnant. He helped me feel like a human being again after long days of back pain due to the pregnancy. He was always accommodating with my schedule and was able to get me on the schedule when I had time or needed to come in. FF to now: Once Dr. Adam left the Royal Oak clinic for full time at Align (he purchased Goss Chiropractic and changed the name) I followed him because not only do I feel extremely comfortable in his care, but I also trust him with my baby. As a somewhat recent new father himself, I knew that he adjusted his daughter and because of that I brought my son to him shortly after birth. Now, I live in west bloomfield, and I don't work as often anymore... So the drive to Rochester takes me about 45 minutes without traffic. I make time to see him, and he is still as accommodating as he was before, even though he now owns the practice. I have the dates, receipts, voicemails, social media and email correspondences of my communication to your providers and office. I did not stop contacting your office, your office refused to respond to any communication from me after an initial call back with the provider and office manager. This is also evident on this website by the lack of response to my initial review and lack of timely response to my second update. This timeline is documented. As previously mentioned the provider stated my BURNS were normal (even when my initial provider at your office stated otherwise) and everything would subside even after I expressed my deep concern. She conveniently called it "possible bruising" in the voicemail. As I stated in my initial review my session with a different provider at your office was completely unremarkable, therefore I know firsthand these burns should not have occurred. There is no consensus on the gold standard treatment for skin dyschromia after severe burns have occurred. Dyschromia after burns remain a therapeutic challenge. This is not an easy fix as you have suggested. Dismissing or downplaying a patient's experience such as this one is purely shameful.
