I was treated with kindness and empathy on the phone and in person. At first there was no space. I called about 1 hr later and told them I could have my pet surgery ready if they would put me on a * on call* list for asap. Morgan worked with me and received approval for surgery the next day! I was so relieved I almost cried! All the staff were wonderful. Dr Willis was amazing. She was able to find a secondary infection and cure it as well as the initial reason for surgery. She answered all of my questions respectfully. I cannot recommend this clinic and its staff high enough. Thank you!!!

I honestly should have just taken him with me. 3 days into his stay it turns out that my cat is very smart and knows how to open the kennels. apparently it's too much for a pet hotel to be understanding and figure out how to keep a cat in a kennel so we are not able to return. That was a crappy thing to hear while I'm in the middle of a stressful move. people don't board their animals because they want to- it fulfills a need and this company cannot seem to fulfill a need.
