The DAY BEFORE MY APPOINTMENT LESS THEN 2.5 HOURS before end of day I get a call that the dentist doesn't work on Fridays? Wtf!? So I push the issue. Then I get whoever I would see is working somewhere else....(my problem how?) and they follow this up by well we can check you out but the medical dentist isn't there on Fridays!!! F.. this place! I have had nothing but pleasant and easy cleanings. When I have needed to get cavities filled the team has ensured I am comfortable and not in pain. They even provide dental cleanings for young kids. I have 2 kids (5 and almost 3) who have gone and the team does really well with them to try and keep them entertained (put on a show while they are cleaning) as well as incentivize them with prizes afterwards.
