I booked an 80 minute massage and wished I did a longer one. I was pretty sore for a few hours after the massage, and by the time I went to bed I noticed I didn't feel anything. No pain. (Many times names are not given, not necessarily intentional, but perhaps not seen as important.) A name given brings an aspect of personal pride and accountability. if that specific masseuse does not do well, I would know who not to request again AND management can take under advisement that more training or customer care needs to be provided. 2. Keep records. I would like to be able to call in as a repeat customer, have my name looked up and have a professional response such as: "Oh hello, it looks like you had Jenny as your therapist before. Would you like to schedule an appointment with her again?" Such action would show professional commitment and pride in the services you provide. 3. Train staff to be consistent and personable. If staff is trained and consistent, there would be less disparity between the various therapists. I am willing to try this place again, but hope they can step up and provide a service that will set them above their professional peers.
