I forgot to ask for her name but I received a great full body massage from her at $55 an hour that's a pretty good price for the area. Place was decently clean and quite roomy inside with multiple beds. My masseuse said my upper body was tight so suggested to do upper body for $75 an hour I said I'll stick to the full body for $55 but i felt somewhat pressured to getting the $75 so I had to be firm with her that I'm getting the full body, hence the 4 stars. I made the reservations 3 weeks earlier. A week later they text me saying "We'll see you tomorrow" I said "no" it wasn't for 2 more weeks. Well they confirmed back and we were all set for the original date. My wife and I showed up at our scheduled time and they did not have us scheduled. They were apologetic, said it was their mistake, and offered us a later time that day but we were not able to make it because of dinner reservations. So we left, disappointed. My wife and I talked and decided on another day we could go, which was the next day. I went back inside Lemon Tree Spa to ask if they could get us in the next day and they said yes and they would not forget us this time. We went the next day and had a great massage. Right before the massage started they said they were going to give us a discount. That was a surprise and I was not expecting that from them. Even though they gave us some discount coupons the day before I did not have to use those. This just means more massages to follow. I think their customer service was awesome in respect to the mistake they made. They took ownership of it and took care of us. They did this all on their own without me asking for anything from them. And then at the end when it's time to pay, they ask you how much you want to tip, instead of writing it on the receipt yourself. And if it's anything less than $10, they will have a problem with it, and they will say something about it. I would have tipped less, but the massage was decent. We usually get 60-90 mins full body massages, and we feel soooo good afterwards. This time I was in real need of a back/neck massage and opted for 60min upper body. It was okay, I felt a lot of friction so I tipped a little less than my normal amount. The response I got when I gave the tip was not the best and it turned me off. They put our feet in warm water to so we can start getting relaxed, get us and everything they need situated, and then begin by massaging our scalp and shoulders for about 10 mins. Then they get down to why we came: a foot reflexology massage. It's a beautiful and incredibly relaxing one hour foot and leg massage. Sometimes they use hot stones and sometimes they don't. I prefer the stones in the beginning of the massage as they seem to relax the muscles, but either way, it's a great experience. I told her I only wanted upper body, primarily neck and back. She told me I needed to pay $10 more for only neck and back. I finally agreed to 75min if they would focus on neck and back. At that point, the owner leaned over the counter and said, "Look, I get you very pretty girl if you do 90min." Quite uncomfortable. (I stuck with 75min btw.) The massage was just ok. Belinda was my therapist and she didn't do my front legs or arms and she scratch my head for almost 10 minutes in the same spot I had to request her to move on from the same spot. She also kept leaving the room for 2-3 minutes. It was not professional and was not a full 1.5 hour massage. I didn't call for an appointment like I normally do I called basically on my way so I was grateful for them to get me in but in the future I will definitely request not to have her again.
