I went to see Victoria because of my extreme neck and back pain. I haven't been able to sleep comfortably in about seven months due to the strain on my neck and back. On top of that, I get migraines that knock me out because of the ongoing pain. I made an appointment using her calendar system and she saw me right away. She had asked me questions about my pain but you can tell that as she was massaging, she and my body were talking. She took the time to massage and stretch the areas that needed attention. I booked an 80 minute massage and wished I did a longer one. I was pretty sore for a few hours after the massage, and by the time I went to bed I noticed I didn't feel anything. No pain. No throbbing. I wasn't shifting consistently. For the first time - in about seven months...I was able to sleep pain free! I've silently cried about this pain and last night I slept like a queen!! Imagine not having your car due to emergency repair situation or a friend's death leading you to cancel appointment with Victoria on the day of finding out that you cannot make an appointment. She will not understand your situation or acknowledge them and refuse to take you on as a client. I understand that business is business, but the lack of empathy is really off putting. I am not one to frivolously cancel appointments on a whim or without a good reason, and I've never had any issue with any other masseuses who are always so kind and accommodating. I was feeling a little anxious to try a new form of massage but she worked on all of my knots that were causing so much pain. First off I love seeing her!
