Had a phenomenal massage experience with Ann (sp?); I had so many knots on my upper back and shoulders and I walked out of there feeling 10 yrs younger, limber and no longer tense. They accept walk ins which is great because I wouldn't have been able to relieve my tense muscles last minute. The only small drawback to that is that they have to tend to the incoming inquiries and other walk ins as well, which happened twice during my session. She was quick to come back and was apologetic so I didn't mind at all. Horrible Service!!!! DO NOT GO!!! Did a walk in...said no. Called again over the phone told me to come in right away?? Made an appointment at 8pm, for two people. She demanded us to pay before service which makes ZERO sense, i've been there before and have never been asked to pay prior to service. When I asked her why...she refused to answer. We booked for a 60 min appointment...and she kept saying 30 min please...45...please, when we specifically requested 60 mins. She took both of us in at 8pm, started one appointment at 8pm...the other one didn't start until 8:25pm. The owner left the room MULTIPLE times 10+ minutes claiming to use the bathroom conveniently when another person would walk in... Would constantly walk in and out of the room which was distracting. Did not complete the entire 60 mins for both of us. As we walked out we gave her a generous and pitiful $10 tip since the service was awful. She demanded for more. I really wanted to like this place, but my first experience was extremely disappointing. I had a 3:00 PM appointment, but they didn't start my massage until 3:10 PM. I paid $70 for a 60-minute massage, plus a $5 fee just for using a card which was never mentioned upfront. Midway through, the massage therapist left the room for about 10-15 minutes with no explanation, only to return later with a quick apology. That time was never made up, and I definitely didn't receive the full 60 minutes I paid for. To make matters worse, the massage itself felt rushed and lacked any real effort or care. At the end, they insisted on a tip. I offered $15, which I thought was generous considering the service, but the woman immediately pushed for $20 which felt completely inappropriate. I work out several times a week and I always have issues with my back so I needed a reliable and honest place to get my service done . I purchased the 90 minute service and honestly it was a really good experience up until when I was finished, I was going to give the masseuse a tip and I pulled out 30$ to give it to her she said to me that I need to give her more money as a tip , she saw I had more money and she I she insisted that I tip her 50$ , now I am also in the service industry and I know about percentages and what is customary, but as a business person I think it's extremely rude to insist on a large tip especially since she doesn't know my finances or anyone's finances for any future clients. A tip is a gesture and if I get tipped even 5$ I appreciate it so this attitude and expectation is unacceptable. I've been here once before and the girl I had was great (forgot her name). I don't judge a spa by the looks of it (although aesthetics are nice) but really I judge it by the masseuse. This time I went and the front end girl was rude and it was also hard to communicate because she didn't really know english (which I never have an issue with). Then the girl that did my massage, Mimi, was just not into it. She splattered oil on my back viciously, like she was annoyed or something. She was also wearing sandals that kept slapping about as she walked around the massage table. I kept trying to relax and I just couldn't. It was horrible. 1 word to describe this place. Joke. I went cause it was close to work and I threw out my back recently. All I got was some light weird half massage cause all I wanted was 30 mins which was 40 dollars, not worth it. My "therapist" burped twice during the "session" the lights were on max and normally I close my eyes to relax but I didn't trust her. All she was doing was pushing on my arms and legs while looking at the clock the entire time so she didnt even notice I was making sure she wasnt just poking me with a stick. She then said that gratuity for 30 mins is 10 dollars when I gave her a 5 (cause the massage sucked) so i gave her 20 expecting change since I just didnt want to deal with it but she tried to take my 25 dollars. So I managed to get my 5 back and determined I already wasted enough time here. I didnt even say bye, just left. She didnt even offer the usual water. It was a disgrace and usually I am pretty forgiving since I've had bad massages that at least a small part was helpful. Bad experience/customer service + decent massage = not worth it. My friend and I decided to do a couples massage here. She called and made an appointment and we showed up a little bit before our time. When we walked in, we couldn't see anyone at the reception desk. A moment later, a lady came out and said that they couldn't take us because they were busy. My friend informed her that she made an appointment and asked if she could use the bathroom. The lady told her she could not use the bathroom and that we could wait. She returned after she made a phone call confirming our appointment. Then, she let my friend use their bathroom. She led me into the room where we would get our massage and when my friend returned, she immediately asked for us to pay. We were so confused by the whole exchange, but still gave her our payment (which was higher than advertised and not itemized). Then she left us to get ready for the massage. My friend was in the middle of undressing when the lady came back in. My friend had to ask her 4 times to step out so she could finish undressing. Then when she returned, she began my massage. I wasn't thrilled by it. I almost asked her to stop and just give me a refund. She was wearing heels to do a massage! She didn't ask me what I wanted to focus on or any questions, which bothered me. But it seems like her English was very limited. I let her keep massaging me and it wasn't until 20 minutes later that we heard the front door open and another lady walk in to give my friend her massage. Literally worst experience of my life. If you have a Groupon deal avoid this place at ALL costs!!! My boyfriend and I walk in and the receptionist came out picking her nose.... (I immediately wanted to run) Then she started sucking on a piece of candy and told us they were really busy. When we told her we were there for a 1:00 appointment she blankly stared at us for a good 20 seconds and replied, "Oh... we thought you already came in, we gave your spot to other customer, they said they had 1:00 appointment". At this point I'm in shock at the level of customer service (if you can even call it that). My boyfriend, obviously upset, asked politely if they asked to check I.d or anything and of course she just stared at us..... It was SO bizarre. She then preceded to tell us that they were really busy, and chuckled (maybe she was uncomfortable, but c'mon). Finally I looked at my boyfriend in relief because there was no way I was even walking in the back of this place, I couldn't even imagine what was waiting for me on the other side of those disgusting looking shower curtains. Really needed a massage today so I searched Groupon and found this place. Not the nicest shopping center but inside is clean and relaxing. Daisy gave me an amazing massage! Plenty of firm pressure to help with all my knots and tight muscles. It hurt but I needed those knots gone and some are and the rest are much looser. Great place to go for a massage! read more

I wish I could give it -5 stars if possible! This place is the exact same thing as the $15 foot massage place you find in China Town! Why pay so much more for the same/worse massage? I found their new client 50% off promo on the website (they are still posting it on their website at this moment!!) and called to confirm before I went. Lady answered the phone said yes but obviously she didn't understand English. When I got there and asked for the discount, they just denied the offer and kept saying they didn't know anything as the manager wasn't there. I gave up arguing and found the yelp offer ($45 for $70 value) so I went ahead to purchase the deal. HUGE MISTAKE! I should have walked out at that point but I really needed a massage that day. Rate card on the counter said "$75 for 90 mins so I asked the lady that I wanted 90 mins and I'd pay the $5 difference. WRONG! Why?! They said the rate card is "special" so they couldn't double dip w/ the Yelp offer. Oh really? Then you'd better put "Walk In Rate" on that damn sheet! Anyway, after a good 15 mins arguing with the lady and the manager on the phone, I settled w/ 60 mins Yelp offer. The manager said hot stone can be free w/ the Yelp offer so I tried it. The stones are not even warm at most. I stopped the lady right away and stuck to traditional massage. Her technique was non existence; simply just rub oil over me w/ some force. I've had 100+ massages in the past and this was definitely the top 3 WORST experience. I feel bad for the lady because at least she was very polite. The massage was painful, the lady doing it did not know her techniques well, she hardly used any oil so a lot of times it was dry rubbing. $60 for 60 min not worth it! I had passed this place a few times and thought it looked iffy from the outside, strip mall kinda place. Well one day i got a bonus at work and i decided that i was going to treat myself to a full day of pampering. Hair, nails, massage and a good meal. I was passing her on the way to the nail place and thought, why not? so i went inside, they had someone available right then, so i went ahead with the $40 hour massage special. I couldn't believe it, the inside was beautiful, clean and peaceful, the service was friendly and efficient and the massage was perfect. She listened to the pressures and areas i wanted to work on and It was a fabulous massage! i no longer have to miss massage envy!
