I came into this boutique today I came looking for something specific, but I would've spent a lot of money if someone would've helped me. Instead, both people in the store pretty much refused to help me and never even asked me when I was in the room if I needed any help I finally laughed because I was so frustrated and no one even said goodbye to me when I left I felt like Julia Roberts in pretty woman big mistake. I was fine with spending some money in that store but now I'll never be back. Thanks for saving me money. If your shop is for young girls obviously you don't want to make a lot of money. I am embarrassed the way I was treated. If you wanna be treated poorly go to the store. If you wanna be treated by a person don't bother going in there. Clothes are a 5 but the customer service is 0. Stopped in because I noticed beautiful dresses and prints on my way to get coffee. I have some vacations planned for Japan and Copenhagen but I wasn't greeted at all. I even tried to make conversation with the lady complementing the store and she said "thanks" and then looked down back at whatever she was doing. So I left, no "have a good day" or anything. I get it, I was dressed in sweats and no makeup because it's a cold Sunday but I've worked in retail before long enough to know it doesn't matter what people are dressed in. The price range is good compared to some boutiques I've been to in Roseville (about $70-100). These days I'm trying to shop small business but I'm so off put by the customer service, mind you I was only in there for less than 10 minutes and I felt really awkward for even being in there despite wanting to shop--I went on yelp to see if it was just me and lo and behold I'm not. The clothes are nice but I'd rather go spend my money where. This interaction really ruined my day lol not to be mean but I mean common it's 2025 why are we judging still in retail. read more

I just came by to grab something for a weekend to sf with my husband. The one star is for horrible customer service. No one bothered to acknowledge us or say hi nothing. The store was empty just my daughter and I. The two ladies at the counter just kept talking to one another. I had come here before when it was still operated by the owners and this time around my experience was the complete opposite. I walked in to pick up an online order and immediately was met with a disinterested and monotone employee that barely even spoke to us. I asked to try it on and she took it to the fitting room then tells me it's in the fitting room as though I should have just read her mind that she was going back there and where it was -- in a newly remodeled store at that. Terrible personality for a small boutique. I also added a necklace for my daughter that she picked out while I was trying on my dress and the entire time we had the same interaction, mute and non-existent. They've recently expended their suite space which made shopping there even more fun. I love their beautifully decorated store and cute fitting rooms. I LOVE this little spot! This little spot is kitty-corner from Loehmann's Plaza, just like 2 to 3 doors down from Temple Coffee! Next to what used to be Fins, I forgot what it is called now. It is the perfect spot to find that piece when you're going to dinner/out/wedding/whatever the occasion might be, and you: 1. Shop Local 2. Don't want to see a bunch of people in the same thing you're wearing 3. Want to battle the crowds of the mall 4. Shop Local 5. Want some personalized service 6. So this place is seriously my favorite place to shop. It's stylish, it's classy, it's so up-to-date with what's going on in the fashion world. Moving up to Sacramento from SoCal I was skeptical of the fashion scene here...i was pleasantly shocked seeing how well the owner has made sure the store is up to par with what's fresh and new clothing wise also with the way the stylist help you pick something out for an event or just simply being nice and helpful showing me around was impressive to me! I bought myself a bralette and my mom a pair of jeans she loved. They were having a "sale" of 20% off but didn't honor it... the bralette was HORRIBLE quality you could get better on amazon or wish. When I got home to try on the bralette it didn't fit right as I'm a DD. Wanted to return and they only do exchanges and I absolutely do NOT want any other piece of their low quality overpriced junk. Very trendy articles of clothing to fit the needs of upper class women. I liked what I saw but it doesn't fit my style. I think it fits in the category of urban chic. I'd say the age range is mid twenties to early thirties. Beautiful quality clothes, nice location, well lit. And very friendly service.
