I had the pleasure of meeting Maggie, the visionary behind Threadeco, and she was not only warm and friendly but also a true leader in her field. During my visit, I had the chance to shop for outfits for a friend's pre-celebration dinner, wedding, and some other looks for exploring Sacramento, as I'm visiting from out of town. The professional staff at Threadeco were incredibly helpful, offering great recommendations and showcasing their sharp fashion sense. I love this boutique! I found it in Old Sacramento, and the owner, Maggie, is very friendly and helpful. They offer styling services at no cost for a limited time and they will tell you your color palette and what styles best fit your silhouette. I found so many cute items at an affordable price and they are all brand new, because they are overstock items from brands like Madewell and Anthropologie. They also have an in-store tailor who can fix up the clothes you get so they are the perfect fit. I highly recommend Threadeco for revamping your wardrobe. This is possibly the cutest boutique I've been to in a long time! Every gal trust me you need to stop in and check out this adorable place. I have had a hard time shopping for clothes... well since 2019... thanks COVID 19! lol yep you guessed it I am one of those who gained some weight switching from the office to work from home and a little stress that this big "C" brought. So, I have a hard time, well I'm so glad I found this boutique and I'm about to tell you why. 1. The staff is fabulous they made me feel beautiful and didn't make me feel like I was anything but a woman. And... get this they have sizes small - XL yep I said it this is not a boutique that caters to only skinny little gals. 2. The selection is one that is so hard to explain... it's so amazing! It's like an Emily in Paris vibe it was just amazing! I loved every little piece I pulled off the rack! And, holy smokes the dresses let me tell you I felt like Uumm beautiful! They were so flattering! 3. Let's talk price, I don't pay $$$ for clothes I mean I work from home no one sees my clothes but me and my dog. The price point is on point! Honestly, the price is better than anything I have bought on Amazon (yes I'm an Amazon clothes shopper) and the quality is sooooo much better! 4. I just had so much fun shopping there. I mean fun!!!! 5. If I had a daughter in high school I would 1000% be shopping there for all her formal dresses. I went with my girlfriend and we had fun, learned about our colors and best type of fit for us. They brought clothes for us to try on. We both ended up purchasing some really cute clothes. I was searching for a cute boutique with stylish stuff and reasonable prices in Sacramento and I think I may have found it! I went there with a friend for a Galentine's event where they had buy one, get one at 50% off for their clothing. I ended up getting 3 pieces of clothing so only one was 50% off but I didn't care! I probably spent more time than I planned to but I got lucky that I didn't get a parking ticket since I was over time! Speaking of which, parking can be difficult in this area but not impossible. I like that they are eco-friendly and they're also friendly. Great jewelry collection as well as cards and great place for gifts (including for yourself). I look forward to going back although I probably spent more than I planned to, but the prices were great and I deserve a little splurge, so why not? read more

I'm so honored to be the first Yelp reviewer for this new business in Old Town Sacramento. Last Friday was their grand opening and ribbon cutting and pieces were flying off the racks and into our boutique bags. I couldn't get enough Anthropology, Madewell and Express at the liquidation prices. The houndstooth Ralph Lauren sweater jacket I purchased for nearly 60% off is going to be a staple for my office job all winter long and for winters to come-it is so timeless. Excited to see an eco-friendly retail clothing businesses flourish after all we have been through over the past few years isolating at home in our sweats, online shopping for fast fashion. I hear they might start carrying Rothy's (I die for those washable shoes made of plastic bottles-seriously I have 3 pairs-I might have a problem.) The owners are so sweet and friendly, they have such amazing brands, and the prices are super fair.
