I've been coming here for years, so this is really disappointing. This is now the second time I've made an appointment and then sat waiting 30+ minutes before my service even started, while walk-ins were being seated ahead of me. It's not respectful of your patrons' time, especially when appointments are supposed to reserve a dedicated slot. If appointment times aren't actually honored, I'm not sure what the point of scheduling is. read more

I had been going to this salon for a couple years & was always happy with my gel nails & pedicure. There was an apparent change in mgmt in end 2024/early 2025. Now it's a dirty salon, utensils not clean etc...I ended up with nail fungus that I've been dealing with since my last visit early spring & also on that visit I chose a gel color with matching color for toes. The color was literally 2 very different colors for gel & toes. I kept trying to tell them & they argued the colors were same...after they finished I put my hands & toes together to prove my point. They poorly handled the situation, charged me normal price though obviously someone had erred mixing to box colors. I've been in the industry...I would have comped the least expensive service. Now, they've lost a loyal customer who tipped well, and as soon as the fungus is completely gone, I will be looking for a new salon. read more

Got a gel nail manicure on 6/28/2021 and but 7/3/2021 3 of my nails were chipping. I called and told them. They said to come in. I went back first thing on 7/4/2021. She checked the nails with chips and then said my nails were thin. She redid those 3 nails. Now it's 7/6/2021 and so far they are all fine. read more

I have been going there for several years now and have been satisfied with my nails being done (pink and white gel) however in the last 4-5 months I came in one day after being on vacation and everyone was new except the lady who has always done my nails,they now have a child in there everyday around 3-4 years old who belongs to one of the technicians the guest couch and chairs in waiting area are filled with her toys and she is sleeping sometimes and there is no where to sit and wait,the new staff who only apparently do pedicures if they are not busy they are sleeping in the pedicure chairs and /on their phones,VERY unprofessional.When I asked my nail lady where did everyone go she said they retired!! As time has gone by it has gotten worse and yesterday I needed a pedicure I was put with a man who was so rough on my legs and feet I have a soar on the bottom of my foot..Even though I like the way my nails are done I am very disappointed in the rest of it place is not clean as it used to be etc...I will have to start looking for another place to go sad as I have spent a lot of time and money there but they are definitely going down hill. read more

Updated review- This salon was nice when it first opened like 6 years ago. The owners ran the business and were there every day. Unfortunately soon after it was sold. The new owners and staff are not friendly and the place is not sanitary. It may sound like a no-brainer, but the number one indicator that differentiates an awesome nail salon from an awful one is cleanliness. When choosing a salon, look for a clean environment, clean workstations, clean employees, and sterilization practices. Salons that are committed to the safety and well-being of your nails always use sterilized tools. The only thing that will clean and kill germs well are implements that are put into pouches and put into an autoclave. Make sure that the pouches are opened in front of you just before your service is about to begin. If not, don't be afraid to speak up. The same holds true with manicurists: Their hands must be sanitized before beginning. read more

I got an awesome manicure here last week! I was in a pinch and needed my nails done after work somewhere in St. Pete. I found this place on Yelp with lots of good reviews and accepts walk-ins. After having bad manicure experience the past 2-3 places I've been to, I was relieved to finally get a good manicure and find the perfect shade of nude I've been on a hunt to find! The best part was that afterwards, they did a hot towel on your hands/arms! I've never had a nail salon include a hot towel with their manicures before. Nice, clean, new salon. With almost perfect Yelp reviews, I just had to check this place out. I've been twice so far. First time was for a shellac manicure. They have a decent selection of polish colors, the decor is very pretty, and the staff is super friendly. Prices are comparable to any other salon. Second time was for a pedicure with my friend. They have a decent list of pedi options and price ranges depending on what you're looking for. The massage chairs are comfy and top of the line. However, the foot massage leaves more to be desired. Both myself and my bestie describe it as a rub rather than a massage...kinda like they were just rubbing the lotion on rather than massaging it in. The woman who did my pedicure didn't understand/speak English very well which was frustrating because all the other staff seems to do so perfectly. She didn't do a great job shaping my toe nails either. All in all, they're fairly close to my house so I'd definitely return for a mani but I've had much better pedicures and will continue to travel further for a cheaper price that includes a hearty massage. read more

After moving around boxes and assembling my new couch, my nails are still in tact after an entire week. I have a wedding to attend this Saturday and I'm not even trying to get a touch up. First time here: came because Yelp reviews seemed off the charts and they did SNS (which I've been dying to try). New to the area, so I'm currently "dating" many establishments at once... nail salons, pet groomers, hair dressers... you name it, I need it. Pros: They offer anything from water to wine. I was driving, or else wine would have been it. Also, very large selection of SNS. Like huge. Which made me feel comfortable in their ability to do said service. Another pro, CLEAN. I don't know why this has to be a pro (it should be standardized) but we all know those nasty places. This is not one of them. Cons: uh..... SNS??! For someone who has been getting her nails done monthly for the past two decades, I would say out of ten stars, this gets a 2. One star for having the color I wanted (#20 nude) and a second star for putting said color on my nails. Now, this could be my problem bc first time with SNS (I am usually a gel lady) but I have heard rave reviews. If you want rave reviews, please read no further. And absolutely DO NOT look at the photos I am going to include. It has been four hours and my nails still feel like they have mini oven mitts on them. Thick! So thick, my tape measure could document the size. I didn't even have to get out a jewelry mm ruler... these digits straight up divisible by INCHES. Not sure if this is how SNS is, but if so NO THANK YOU. Sloppy work on top of that. I can't remember the names the the guys that did them, but they are on the receipt. Also, I used the 20% off one service coupon from Yelp... when I went to do so, the lady came around and basically entered it into my phone and tried to hit "5 stars". I was like, no I will review you later thanks. Makes me wonder how many of these five star reviews were forced onto the unsuspecting client. Probably won't be back. Not really convenient location-wise. And these nails just have to go. Don't tell my husband, but I am tempted to go on another "date" with a different salon tomorrow in efforts to make my hands feel back to normal. read more

I just moved to this area and have been struggling to find a good nail salon. There's so many with bad reviews and I came across this nail salon which didn't have too many so I decided to try it. It's a nice little salon, looks clean and they had good music. I sat down for my pedicure first. The lady who did my pedicure was so sweet and did such a great job with the massage which is the only reason I gave this place 3 stars. The polish job.... not so great. Than a guy did my nails and he totally rushed through the whole thing, like I was sitting there wasting his time. He was throwing my hands around and being really rough and made some of my fingers bleed. His polish job was not so great either. Not only that my nails are just straight squares. It looks ridiculous. The first nail he filed looked good so I didn't pay attention to the rest, but at the end they all looked like squares. And my cuticles look horrible as well. They were not done at all. I had such high hopes on finally finding a good salon ..... but this was definitely not it! read more

I have been coming here for a while and never had a complaint until today. Recently the environement has become awkward and hostile. Both the owner (Jenny) and the manager (an older man) are rude to the cusotmer they are tending to and the employees. The rest of the staff is real nice, but there is little they can do toward their superiors who just make the entire experience unpleasant. Today I had unfortune to have my nails done by the owner, Jenny. She was rude and even yelled at me twice. I did not react (although in hindsight I should've walked away). She offered to do a manicure in addition to the dip, wihch costs extra, and quite honestly I did not get a manicure, but was still charged for it. I will be looking for a new nail salon ASAP. Will not return. I will not support mistreatment of clientele or staff. read more

Final straw was going popping in to get powder dips removed. Sat for over 30mins while I was asked three times what I was there for just to be left sitting while they moved on to other customers. My nails looked amazing, my eyebrows were perfect, and the customer service was great. I left there feeling great! My second time I came for a gel manicure, pedicure, and wax for eyebrows​. They were pretty busy so different people did my services. The manicure was so cute and exactly what I wanted. However, my eyebrows were done by someone different than my first time and they were uneven and super thin (which I hate)!!! Then I had my pedicure and it was strange. Even once while she clipped my nails she rubbed the residue on my leg! VERY disappointed and hurt earlier but they fixed it for me tonight.....My nails looks great and Jennifer did a great job with my gel polish manicure. I've been a constant customer but before my Christmas holiday traveling to another state, they put me with a new lady who didn't do it as I liked and up to standards that T, Mindy and Jennifer have set! Two days later, I am in Delaware and TWO of my nails the gel popped off of before Christmas while others started peeling up. I had to get my nails done again in Delaware where they did an ever worse job. I finally got back into town and came to get them fixed and they charged me full price! All in all it was a very expensive 3 weeks and three manicures along with the thinning of my nails during this process of taking it off and putting gel polish back on that my nails didn't need to endure. Aka Wonky Nails. Never the same thing twice. My first visit was perfect: fast service, good prices, great pedi and acrylic fill. Second time: fast service but misshaped nails. Nail tech didn't seem to listen. I gave it another shot and same thing happened. It took this nail tech an hour and half to do a acrylic fill with gel polish. That's ridiculous. Not to mention the wonky lengths and shapes of the nails. And again, didn't seem to care when these details were brought to her attention. If you get super basic gel manis and want clean pedi tubs, this place is for you. If you get stiletto, coffin, designs, jewels, etc look elsewhere. read more

The pedicure was great! The nail tech took their time and really massaged and exfoliated my feet and legs. Now the manicure not so much. I asked for a regular manicure to give my nails a break. I do this often and it lasts me about a week sometimes more. However, within 24 hours the nail polish was lifting completely off the nail. This was just from washing my hands and showering. This was my first time coming here since I just moved in across the street. I wanted to like it so bad but I am disappointed with the manicure. It was sadly a waste of money. read more

Couldn't be more happier with the shellac manicure and pedicure. I was put in heaven with my massage of the legs that came with the pedi. Nails are perfect. It's hard to do shellac just right, it's so important not to get it on the skin as it will peel off quickly. Everyone was very polite and friendly, definitely will return.
