I loved my chuletas (well cooked and seasoned) and my mofongo was super soft and well done. I love that in PR mofongo is always a side dish as regular as rice in in the inner states. The only thing that surprised me (negatively) was the exorbitant price of what they call "crème brulé" and that was a Catalan cream (both are very similar, but the consistency of "crème brulé" is less solid than that of the Catalan cream, (I have lived in Paris and Barcelona, and I know the difference well). El local queda en un Area residencial en la afueras de la ciudad de Caguas, exactamente al lado de un cementerio que se llama Borinquén Memorial 2.
