When I made the appointment I asked would we all (3 of us) be done at the same time. They said yes. Not true. I was first. 5 mins in to the pedicure the chair is flooding the floor with a leak. I'm worried I'm going to be electrocuted. They moved me chairs and didn't even clean up the water. On to my toes. The best way to describe the final product is crooked teeth. My big toe on the right is jagged, uneven, and awful. My left big toe is completely diagonal, and wasn't that way to start with. When I tried to talk to the workers they treated me poorly and just kept asking me if I'm going to pay. I'm not one to dine and dash but this is literally the worst pedicure of my life. But my "2-weeks past my refill time" nails looked horrible. So after a Yelp search and a confirm from a dear friend, I made my way to this local "fave". When I arrived 20 minutes after opening, it was packed and I immediately second-guessed my decision. But, the "people mover" who greeted me was so friendly and welcoming, I decided to stay. He asked what services I would need and got me seated for a mani-pedi within 5 minutes. My pedi nail tech was super nice and for some reason switched to doing my fingernails while someone else came in to finish my feet. Everything was going well until check out. The friendly neighborhood people mover asked about my experience and then asked to inspect my nails. He turned and said something to another nail tech and then next thing I knew, I was being ushered to another chair to "fix my nails". They didn't look bad to me. I just got a powder dip... nothing special. I was content and had no complaints. Apparently, I'm crazy because they were not letting me leave "like that". So, after 20 minutes, the head tech was happy. She assured me that they check ALL work to make sure customers leave happy and stay happy. They even have a 7 day guarantee. Wow!!! This is the best nail salon experience I've ever had. I will be here whenever I'm in Dallas. Side note: I watched them do BEAUTIFUL nail art of all kinds. When I get brave enough, I will try that out too!

I don't have to worry about her being thorough or remembering to do anything right. Not only is she skilled and great at what she does but her mannerism is very kind and patient. I have visited other salons and it's definitely a noticeable difference. She personally cares about the outcome of your nails unlike some techs that just want to get it done and get paid. When I have to move I will still make my way to her because my job is nearby. That's how good she is! The other ladies at the salon are talented as well but once I tried her there was no need to look any further.

I left with gel polish around my skin.. she didn't care that I told her there was lint on the polish before she cured it and just said "I can file it later" instead of just taking it off. She just did a messy job for her to sit down on the massage chair after.. she also didn't tell me she was finished and did not put cuticle oil on my nails after she was done.... DO NOT COME HERE IF YOU ARE VERY PARTICULAR LIKE ME.. unfortunately a waste of my money and time. UPDATE- I did say something before leaving they apologized gave me 10% off since it was our first time and then a nail tech named Paul came to fix her work and he did super amazing!
