Jodie was the person who helped me out today. She really took her time which I appreciate because I literally just got a basic gel polish manicure which I see some nail salons. I feel like they get annoyed when I asked for just that cause it's kind of basic but she took her time and really put her effort in and I really appreciate that considering it's one of the cheaper services!! that's how you know they're good if they take their time with kids or cheaper service they're not just doing it for the money. The first time I came in nails were chipping and I was paying what I felt to be ridiculous amounts for a simple acrylic fill at almost $100 am I tripping or is that normal? So I took a little hiatus of not going because I felt the prices were getting steep, but then I had no choice but to come back due to time constraints and got a Mani Pedi and the nail tech that did my feet ended up cutting down my nails too short and bled ! Instead of apologizing, she just fixed it with their drops that make the blood stop, but I was in so much pain ! And not to mention when I finished my nails, the quality was OK but two of my nails ended up breaking one day later I tried to come in immediately to show them, but unfortunately, I work out out of town and could only come back in on the first available day that I was off so I came in to show them. They had me sit down at one of the nail stations and had me sitting there for 30 minutes with nobody even touching my hand to look at what was wrong . I simply got up and walked out because I had waiting so long ! I don't know I really miss the quality of work when I used to come in a couple years back especially from that particular nail tech but now it just seems like they're sponging money out of anyone who walks in there and not even giving the quality of work to keep the clients . I will say in the times that I did have good experiences. I did appreciate the clean environment and complimentary drinks are nice but not enough to keep customers . So this will be my last time there anyways hope this helps someone like me that isn't even from the state that was looking for a good quality nail shop !

I'm worried I'm going to be electrocuted. They moved me chairs and didn't even clean up the water. On to my toes. The best way to describe the final product is crooked teeth. My big toe on the right is jagged, uneven, and awful. My left big toe is completely diagonal, and wasn't that way to start with. When I tried to talk to the workers they treated me poorly and just kept asking me if I'm going to pay. I'm not one to dine and dash but this is literally the worst pedicure of my life. My nail tech started using an artificial nail to pull off my acrylic tip - finger nails and broke 3 of my natural nails. Instead of letting my nails soak in acetone then using their machine to file them off. Mind you, my natural nails werent strong but were long and none of them were broken except for 1 index finger. She then claimed that they were already broken when I knew only one of my natural finger nails was already broken. I told her they weren't even and she ignored me. I also told her to keep my natural nails long and she didn't listen. What upset me the most was the customer service! I have never not tipped a nail tech before but I left frustrated and didnt even want to complete the service because my nails looked horrible since she left two fingernails short and my thumb half chipped. It cost me $30 for these services and my nail tech acted like nothing was wrong. I would like to say the issues were caused by a language barrier but at that point, I left . I should have complained while I was there but I just wanted to get out of there and do my manicure myself.

But my "2-weeks past my refill time" nails looked horrible. So after a Yelp search and a confirm from a dear friend, I made my way to this local "fave". When I arrived 20 minutes after opening, it was packed and I immediately second-guessed my decision. But, the "people mover" who greeted me was so friendly and welcoming, I decided to stay. He asked what services I would need and got me seated for a mani-pedi within 5 minutes. My pedi nail tech was super nice and for some reason switched to doing my fingernails while someone else came in to finish my feet. Everything was going well until check out. The friendly neighborhood people mover asked about my experience and then asked to inspect my nails. He turned and said something to another nail tech and then next thing I knew, I was being ushered to another chair to "fix my nails". They didn't look bad to me. I just got a powder dip... nothing special. I was content and had no complaints. Apparently, I'm crazy because they were not letting me leave "like that". So, after 20 minutes, the head tech was happy. She assured me that they check ALL work to make sure customers leave happy and stay happy. They even have a 7 day guarantee. Wow!!! This is the best nail salon experience I've ever had. I will be here whenever I'm in Dallas. Side note: I watched them do BEAUTIFUL nail art of all kinds. This is definitely a place that appointments are strongly recommended as walk ins are often unable to be accommodated. Overall, I will definitely be back, but hope when making appointments for two people in the future, we can be seated next to each other so we can chat during our pedicures.
