    I didn't really care what condition it was in. Check engine light was on. He said ph its the fuel cap. Ok. It was really the fuel pump. I changed that out. No spare tire. "We just rebuilt the front end and put a new paint job on it" No you put new rotors on it and sprayed paint over the rust...

    I just bought my 2016 Malibu from this dealership and they were absolutely amazing! Went above and beyond to take care of my boyfriend and I! They have amazing deals on really good cars!     Easy like a Sunday Morning!! Like the great Lionel Richie would say and that's how exactly I would say how VIP Autos runs and I'll tell you why. We had been to other dealerships and got the big smiles and let me see what I can get you into shtick which is the norm if you have been car shopping. I know, you know, where if you like something you know your locked in for an 8 hour ordeal. The back and forth of literally playing we can do this if you can do this. What a headache especially if you have kids going nuts because they have been there so sooooo long. So here's my story, After being at many big name dealerships I went on Yelp since I was in the area and VIP Autos came up and thought why not. I am so glad I did and so was the wife. We pulled in and walked around until Ron came by and started helping us and he never got car sales "mansyness"with us, it actually felt like I was dealing with a friend a real good friend. We looked at many cars, SUVs, and became smitten with a 2017 Ford Expedition. The vehicle was in great shape and even though the miles were a lil high me and the wife still liked the SUV. Best part is that we didn't feel like we had to play it off like we didn't like the vehicle. So here comes the even better part of this review. Then we were led to meet Richard Perry, from the first moment he put his hand out to shake mine I knew this wasn't your regular car dealerships. He treated us like family from the get go, and also they have a sitting area for the kiddos to relax, but trust me they won't have to sit there long!! He sat us down and literally streamlined the process of how car buying should be!!! We had a trade in, Boom he showed us what it was worth, he pulled up everything on the Expedition, Boom Car Fax and all, Boom again. We still went thru the other requirements of car buying but before I knew it, Boom me and the family were walking out the front door receiving the keys to our new vehicle. Greatest experience ever, now I know this is my story but trust me go there and have one of your own at VIP Autos. You won't regret it!!!!

Shortly after purchasing the van, I began experiencing a serious issue where water leaks through the sunroof and roof area, and even runs down the inside of the windshield. This has caused the interior of the vehicle to get wet and raises concerns about long-term damage. I contacted the dealership to explain the situation and ask for assistance, but they were not willing to take any responsibility or offer help. I also went in person to try to resolve the issue, and again, no support was provided. This is not a minor problem and appears to be something that may have existed before the vehicle was sold. I would have appreciated transparency or at least a willingness to work toward a solution. I recommend that anyone considering purchasing a vehicle here thoroughly inspect it and be aware that post-sale support may be limited if issues arise.

Within the year of having this car I had to do multiple oil changes every 2 months and in between oil changes I had to buy more oil to put in and now ALMOST a year later I just got an oil change a week ago and already bone dry so I added oil ONCE again but the car has a horrible shake almost feels like the engine is going to fall out!
