I truly wish that I would have found VIP autos before getting my car from a big dealership as VIP autos was so honest had the best customer service and even helped me with the errors that the big dealership made. I feel so lucky to have found this amazing team. It is a little over an hour drive from our house, however we would literally drive twice that to see them again for our next purchase. They treat you like family, kind and they listen to your needs, wants and don't try to push you into something you don't want it can't afford. I've really never dealt with a better sales crew. Easy like a Sunday Morning!! Like the great Lionel Richie would say and that's how exactly I would say how VIP Autos runs and I'll tell you why. We had been to other dealerships and got the big smiles and let me see what I can get you into shtick which is the norm if you have been car shopping. We pulled in and walked around until Ron came by and started helping us and he never got car sales "mansyness"with us, it actually felt like I was dealing with a friend a real good friend. We looked at many cars, SUVs, and became smitten with a 2017 Ford Expedition. The vehicle was in great shape and even though the miles were a lil high me and the wife still liked the SUV. Best part is that we didn't feel like we had to play it off like we didn't like the vehicle. So here comes the even better part of this review. Then we were led to meet Richard Perry, from the first moment he put his hand out to shake mine I knew this wasn't your regular car dealerships. I bought a used Nissan altima from this dealership and at the time I was going through a very difficult situation in my life and needed a vehicle asap. The salesman that helped me was very helpful and assisted me with everything I needed to get the vehicle. Salesman new my situation and wanted to help me in any way. Everything felt perfect the vehicle drove nice and all the paper work was signed, i was finally able to take the car home. After a couple days the check engine light came on I brought it back to the dealership and they had tech take a look at the vehicle and said that there is a misfire and probably needs a tuneup, i took the vehicle to get a tuneup and the situation was still not handled, now i have smoke coming out of my tailpipe. I went to owner and asked if he can do anything to help me and he said that when you by a new vehicle you're not guaranteed the lifetime of the car and said he couldn't help me. I took it to another mechanic and they said that the engine needs repair and that it would cost me 2500 to fix, at this time I realized I bought a lemon and i was taken advantage of. Let me start by saying that I did not buy a car from VIP auto - but I did get an appraisal of my vehicle, and purchased 3 auto details. Although I cannot review the car purchasing experience, this review discusses the integrity, customer service, and quality of the auto detailing service that I received. --- Growing up in Las Vegas in the 80s, you could always bank on two things: the casinos would take all your money, and the car dealers would make the casinos look like charities. Back then, there were a thousand corner-lot dealers that looked just like VIP autos, and every one of them was out to rob you blind. So when I first went to VIP Autos I must admit, I was a little wary. But those concerns were allayed quickly, as I came to realize that Richard (the owner) and Franco (the other person I worked with). I arrived to get a 2004 Honda Accord appraised. I was hoping to sell the car easily, and though I figured a car dealer could not provide me with a great price, I thought it was worth checking out. Richard did the appraisal, and was very up front with me from the beginning. The vehicle wasn't worth it to him, as it did not meet the standards of the other cars on his lot, and he advised me that I'd be better off selling it privately. Even though he knew quickly that I would not be a paying (or selling) customer, he still spent a good hour with me. He talked me through the process of selling a vehicle privately, and made several good recommendations to help save me money or increase the value of the car. He also provided me with a CarFax report at no charge. The car needed to be detailed before it could be sold, and since Richard was so friendly and spent so much time providing advice, I decided to have it done at VIP Auto. It's a unique and pretty cool service. We all know that car dealers always do an amazing job at detailing vehicles (it's a key component of selling them), but I've never found one before that offers the service to the public. The price of the detail was very fair - lower than many other quotes I received in the Hemet area - and the job they did was astounding. That's not a hyperbolic statement, either: it looked like a completely different vehicle when I got it back. Just to name two things: the clay they used removed like 90% of the oxidation from the pain (remember, this is a 12 year old vehicle which has never been garaged), they were able to buff about 95% of the yellow stains off of the headlights (which were so yellowed, I actually thought a headlight was out on the way there - only to find out that it was just dimmed by the yellowing). I was so pleased with the job, that I took my current vehicle (a 2015 Honda Crosstour) in for a detail the next day. I've only had the car for 10 months, and it was dirty but in good shape overall, so I wasn't sure how much of a different a detail would make. I mostly did it for preventative purposes. But I was pleased to see that they were able to get the (white) seats looking brand new again, probably 2 shades lighter, and again did several small things which were both impressive and made the car feel newer and cleaner than it had since I got it. Through the whole process, I worked with Franco, who is just a genuinely and incredibly nice guy. He stayed on top of everything, remembered all of my special requests (there were several, and many were weird) and maintained great communication throughout. And when I decided to bring my mother's car in (yes, I really did - 3 cars in a week!) he actually advised us to wait, because of impending weather. Yet another indication that their priority was happy customers rather than profits! Bottom line: again, I cannot speak to the car purchasing experience, but I VERY highly recommend VIP Autos for their customer service, integrity, and auto detailing services. read more

One thing I have to say, HONEST. This is a small ma and pop dealership that provides very good cars. I was going to buy a 2015 GMC Sierra from them, the car had not yet been checked out by the dealership, so after the deal was inked, the owner wanted to have it checked out in the morning before the sale was final. Unfortunately the car had some issues and the owner of the dealership made me aware of these issues before I purchased the car. They make sure every single car that they sell it goes through a full checkup with a mechanic shop before they sell it.
