We agreed on a purchase price of $16,100 for a 2018 Ford Mustang and were asked to leave a $2,000 deposit to secure the vehicle. The deposit was processed and a pickup time was confirmed for Saturday at 10:00 AM. At 9:00 PM the night before our scheduled pickup, we were called and informed that the vehicle had been sold to another customer. The deposit was refunded the following day. While the refund is appreciated, the issue is that a deposit was accepted to hold the vehicle and a delivery appointment was confirmed, yet the vehicle was not protected from sale. For a large franchise dealership, this reflects a breakdown in internal process and inventory control. Buyers leaving deposits should confirm in writing that the vehicle is officially marked sold in the system. Disappointing experience.

I came from Moreno Valley for an Accord because the price is way less over in Hemet. You definitely need to ask for Daniel in sales because he is a young kool dude who will really try to help you take the car you want. Im used to pestering men, but he was very professional and nice. He gives you your space to think about it and leaves you alone which i really appreciated. I definitely am glad I came and bought my used Accord.

Detail guy using brush on my brand new 2026 fl5 type R putting swirls in the paint after I asked them not to use the brush !!!

Since the Damage to the vehicle Mike the service manager had a professional detailer fix the damage to the vehicle done by the brush and the swirls have been removed . Thank you .

Do they accept Navy Federal Credit Union because that's who I will use for my financing and no one else?

Yes they do but do not buy from here. I used Navy federal and purchased a car and the engine went out in 4 months. Navy federal will not refund me because they said once the dealer has the money they can't refund it.

Shortly after purchasing the van, I began experiencing a serious issue where water leaks through the sunroof and roof area, and even runs down the inside of the windshield. This has caused the interior of the vehicle to get wet and raises concerns about long-term damage. I contacted the dealership to explain the situation and ask for assistance, but they were not willing to take any responsibility or offer help. I also went in person to try to resolve the issue, and again, no support was provided. This is not a minor problem and appears to be something that may have existed before the vehicle was sold. I would have appreciated transparency or at least a willingness to work toward a solution. I recommend that anyone considering purchasing a vehicle here thoroughly inspect it and be aware that post-sale support may be limited if issues arise.

They connected me with Ramona Salinas, Wholesales and Dealer Trades Clerk and AR Clerk at Hemet CDJR, on 2/18/26. By 2/20/26, I had my full $2,000 refund in hand. Ramona stepped in and resolved in two days what management failed to address for weeks. She deserves recognition for doing the job others would not. I have purchased two brand new vehicles from this dealership and was very close to purchasing a third. This experience guarantees that I will never purchase another vehicle from this dealership or any dealership affiliated with it.
