    Missing bolts

    Took in my truck for some warranty work, was notified my rear breaks need to be replaced, went ahead and told them to take care of it. Once I picked up the truck, I noticed there was a grinding noise coming from underneath, came to found out the skid plate bolt was not tightened. But that was the only thing that was messed up, the two bolts from the rear caliper were missing, it messed up my new breaks and wheel on my truck. Paid $388 to get my breaks done just so they could do a bad job!

    Battery manufacturer date that advisor Alex and Parts Manager Valorie insist is 12/##/21.

    BEWARE OF DECEPTIVE PRACTICES! When doing a battery replacement I asked about the manufactured date of the new battery. The parts department then offered and promised me a battery they had that was dated 12/21. After they installed it I noticed the battery was dated 10/24/21. Really not a big deal except they didn't do what they promised. However when I pointed this out to advisor "Alex" when picking up my vehicle they offered to exchange it for the 12/21 battery. At that point everything was fine and I considered that great customer service. About 30 minutes later they had finished. Upon inspection I could not tell if it was the 12/21 battery because the date had been rubbed/scratched off. However, the advisor assured me it was the 12/21 battery. Once home I inspected the battery again under a magnifying glass and bright light. As you can see in the photo the date is 10/24/21. I spoke with the parts Manager to cancel an unrelated order I had made since I didnt want to do business there any longer but she said she was going to charge me a 20% restocking fee. I told her about the deception but she stated she took a loss when the battery was exchanged and they should not have swapped it. HUH? I explained twice again that they actually never swapped it out! She insisted they did and would not budge about the restocking fee. Wow! What crazy deception and outright lying. I couldn't live with myself if I had tricked someone like they did to me. It's just wrong! I reported this to General Manager "Rick" and showed him what they did to the battery date who said he would make sure there was no restocking fee for the other parts order. Time will tell while I monitor my credit card to see if they refund the whole price of the unrelated parts. Obviously I will never give my business to a business that has employees that lack basic human decency. I suspect it's a Leadership issue that probably fosters this type of behavior. So sad.

    Jonathan sold me a mustang in May and this lemon car has broke down 4 times and towed it twice it's defective and they refuse to find anything wrong with it it's very frustrating when you constantly have to call AAA to jumpstart your brand new car. Don't go here they will sell you any piece of crap

Shortly after purchasing the van, I began experiencing a serious issue where water leaks through the sunroof and roof area, and even runs down the inside of the windshield. This has caused the interior of the vehicle to get wet and raises concerns about long-term damage. I contacted the dealership to explain the situation and ask for assistance, but they were not willing to take any responsibility or offer help. I also went in person to try to resolve the issue, and again, no support was provided. This is not a minor problem and appears to be something that may have existed before the vehicle was sold. I would have appreciated transparency or at least a willingness to work toward a solution. I recommend that anyone considering purchasing a vehicle here thoroughly inspect it and be aware that post-sale support may be limited if issues arise.

Ramona stepped in and resolved in two days what management failed to address for weeks. She deserves recognition for doing the job others would not. I have purchased two brand new vehicles from this dealership and was very close to purchasing a third. This experience guarantees that I will never purchase another vehicle from this dealership or any dealership affiliated with it.
