While stopping by the gas station I found myself stranded with a dead battery, and by the worst of luck a dead fob as well. I recently told someone this story and his first response was "did you at least write him a Yelp review?" And I realized that I had not!!! So I had asked my mom if she had kept Mark's business card so I can look up the location to write this. Thankfully she did and here I am writing a review thats 3 years overdue! I was getting ready to sell an old car of mine back in the summer of 2017. Literally the day before I was going to sell it, the driver's window wouldn't roll up or down anymore. We found this place on yelp last minute and was greeted by Mark. I told him the situation and he literally took my entire driver side door apart piece by piece. It was amazing watching him work. It was like watching a surgeon lol. He knew exactly what to do. He was able to find out that there were loose screws and that's what had caused the window not to work properly. He did this all outside in 100 degree weather in the valley. He fixed it perfectly! My mom had asked him how much we owe him. He said nothing. My mom and I looked at each other like what?! I am amazed at the service and professionalism of this auto body shop. From the first encounter, I knew I found a shop that will take care of my car. I have a leased Lexus vehicle which got badly hit from behind and messed up the rear bumper, which I later found out was rear frame damage. I bought a 2018 BMW i3s from an out-of-state BMW dealership because I couldn't find the car locally. The dealership described the exterior of the car as "like new." But when the car arrived, it had scratches that went all the way through the paint on several areas of the car, and the wheels had road rash that had simply been painted over. The dealership agreed to cover the cost of repairs. I got three estimates from local auto body shops and JNS not only came in the lowest, they also had the best Yelp reviews. So I basically was doing a Fast and furious Tokyo drift coz I was late for school and sideswiped a a car by the curb. My rear passenger door and bumper was smashed. My BMW grabbed onto a piece of rebar at night sticking up from those%#$&@* parking stops, needless to say as I pulled out of the spot I hear a sickening creak and crack! The bumper looked like something that belonged on a Beverly Hillbillies jalopy...NOT on the front of some fine German engineering. Step in JNS!!!! They took the duff bumper that was creased, paint gouged and crappy and turned it into a thing of beauty again. Paint matching is a real bit#h, different surfaces, aged/oxidized paint, primer, you name it....these guys matched my titanium silver....PERFECTLY!!!! If you think thats easy think again, its one of the most difficult shades next to green to get right. But anyway, I recently got into a car accident and my poor civic got hit in the side back by a pick up truck. It left it really bad.
