So I have been getting my 2 SUVs washed for a couple years at VIPs without issue. The owners son,Tony, would come to the door and we would always talk about pricing prior to commencing the Carwash. The prices have always been exaggerated and overpriced but I did not have an issue because they came to my home and it was convenient. Well today the owners son decided he was going to double the price of a Carwash because I did not want to get a full detail of $350.00 for each suv. I politely declined and stated I just wanted a regular car wash as I had an appointment at 10am. The owners son (whom I have never had an issue with) came back to my door and said a regular car wash would be $120.00. I told him they had never charged $120.00 previously. He stated that is how much a normal Carwash costs. I responded that I could just go to a car wash for $25.00 why would I pay $120.00. I reminded him he had always charged $50.00. He said oh we have? I asked again what do you charge for a normal Carwash he said $60-$70, which by the way was not true. He said tue increase in price was because we had a lot of dog hair in our SUVs. I NEVER EVER transport my dogs in my SUV. My husband's vehicle is the only vehicle used to transport the dogs. I didn't want to argue so I agreed to the $60 because I had somewhere to be. The next thing I know Monica calls me and asked if there was an issue. The thing is there really wasn't an issue. I was irritated that the price increased but I did not express any frustration to the owners son. He just decided to create drama for no reason because I did jot want to spend $700.00. I told Monica the only issue that the pricing had changed. I told her I have gotten my SUV done for years and never had any issues. She said that going forward the SUVs would be $120.00 each, due to dog hair. I asked why my SUV would be that much when I don't even transport dogs or anyone for that matter in the car. She said that it was the owner Fransisco who decided due to the dog hair. I responded so let me get this straight, you are doubling the price on my vehicle because of dog hair in my husbands car. Monica stated that they always take pictures before each car wash (which is a lie) and that they had pictures if I wanted to see them. Her response was so rude and condescending considering I drive my SUV and know what my car looks like. I told her to send the pictures and to have her guys leave because I was done with them. She stated I already asked them to leave. I walked downstairs to find my car unlocked with the keys in the car. They had left my car unlocked for over 5 minutes. If the dog hair in 1 SUV was so problematic then how were they able to wash the 2 SUVs in 20 minutes? She said unfortunately yes that is the message the owner Francisco wanted her to relay. I am so shocked that they would treat a long time client like this when I have spent so much money with their company. I got my windows tinted, family members cars tinted, and dozens of car washes The son was mad because he brought 10 guys and they wanted to make more money off me so they could pay their people. Fransisco was upset because I would not pay $350 for each car to be detailed which is insane. I am beyond offended with how I was treated today and will NEVER go back or recommend them again. The entire drama was unnecessary and very despicable and unprofessional. Also, the last car wash the son stated he was taking over the business and wanted to legitimize the since they do not pay their people overtime and pay some under the table. He also tried to have one of his workers drive my car to their home base to wash it. I asked if his workers were insured and he said no but that they would be "very careful ". read more

Absolutely incredible job by Monica and her team tinting the windows of my Tesla Model 3. They had very fair prices (especially for doing house visits) and they were professional with exceptional work. Monica picked up all of my calls and was very prompt in her communication with me from the time I made my appointment to when the team showed up at my house for my appointment. Juan walked me through and gave me recommendations for all the windows of my car. They were very experienced and had all their tools in the van. At the end of getting my windows tinted, I had them do a wash on my car which they were very detailed with. In fact, as they were pulling away, they noticed there was a bit more cleaning they could do on my rims, and they got out of the car and wiped the rims again! Got our 40' RV washed and waxed today. We keep it stored at the local storage facility. They were able to simply access the storage facility and complete the job there. No need to take the RV anywhere which is super convenient. It looks amazing! VIP did a great job! Evelyn and the guys were very nice and professional. Highly recommend!
