Throughout this process, their business practices felt deceptive and predatory. Billing was unclear and appeared inflated, explanations kept changing, and there was a complete lack of transparency. Instead of clear answers, I was met with deflection and pressure. What pushed this experience over the line was the constant phone calls and harassment. Rather than professional communication, I received repeated calls that felt intimidating and inappropriate. It became necessary to protect myself by documenting everything. If you deal with this shop, record every phone call and save all emails and messages. Do not rely on verbal conversations alone. Get everything in writing and review every charge carefully. Concerns were not addressed respectfully or professionally -- they were dismissed. This caused unnecessary stress not only for me, but also for others involved in the process. I would strongly caution anyone considering this shop to think twice. This was one of the worst experiences I've had with an auto repair business, and I would never return.

I took it to his shop instead of him doing a mobile detail. When I met Ruben and he saw the motorhome he gave us a couple options. He recommended the paint correction which included: a) Oxidation removal b) Paint correction (wet sand and polish) c) Remove oxidation and add clarity and gloss to the surface of the paint. Ruben keep the motorhome for 2 days and when we picked it up the motorhome looked better than new. I have never seen such such a gloss. Ruben and his crew did a fantastic job and I will be highly recommending him to everyone and our RV family. Thank You Ruben

When I eventually called, I was told my appointment had been given away, even though no one had communicated that to me beforehand. They then said they hoped I would be available the following day, but once again I never received a confirmation as the new appointment approached. Because of the repeated lack of communication, I reached out to cancel. I never heard back, didn't receive the service, and my deposit was never refunded. Based on my experience, I can't recommend this business. Clear communication and honoring scheduled appointments are important, especially after taking a customer's deposit.
