Title: Fix Auto Redlands Completely Failed Me - Incomplete Work, Broken Promises, and Rude Staff Fix Auto Redlands used to be reliable--only because of Ralph, who handled my original claim. After he left, the quality collapsed. I brought my van in about a year and a half ago for a major insurance repair after it was vandalized. Roughly 90% of the van needed repainting, plus several exterior components needed replacement. The shop was paid in full by insurance. Here's what actually happened: -Key parts were never ordered or installed (tail-light housings, roof trim, and more). -[Large portions of the paint job were incomplete or poorly done--overspray, missed areas, uneven paint, sloppy finishing. ---I reported everything immediately, provided photos, and even went back in person so they could document the issues. --They promised to call me to schedule repairs. --They never did. Not once. We are now in November 2025. Still no repairs. Not a single thing fixed. Worse, during my last visit, the new employee--a Caucasian guy acting like he owned the place--was unbelievably rude and even called me a liar about the missing parts. Completely unprofessional, totally out of line, and absolutely unacceptable. I was patient for over a year. They were paid for the job. They simply did not do the work. And the customer service has fallen off a cliff since Ralph left. This was supposed to be warranty work. Instead, it turned into a never-ending runaround and disrespect. I wish I could give Fix Auto more than 5 stars. Our dogs trapped a squirrel under our truck and tore off parts and really caused a lot of damage. We took it to Fix Auto and they replaced all the destroyed parts. While it was there we had them do some work on 2 areas where the paint had come off. They told us the day it would be ready and kept us up to date on the progress. The truck was ready right on schedule and looks like a new truck. My husband has showed it to several people- he's so excited about it. The office is clean and comfortable and the staff really goes to great lengths to please you. Super friendly and polite. Liars, thieves, and criminals. I took my car here after a crash. The estimate quoted 9 days for the repairs. Five different times, they gave me a date when the car would be done, only for me to show up after taking time off work, just to find out it's not done. The 9 days turned into 3 months, and I was paying out of pocket for a rental car. Multiple written complaints to this location, as well as the Fix Auto national headquarters, went unanswered. When it was finally done, I picked up the car and discovered shoddy workmanship, and that they had emptied out the coins from the center console, which added up to stealing an estimated few hundred dollars. I had also brought along a written complaint and reasonable settlement offer for them to compensate me for missed work and rental car expenses. The owner Aaron Holmes said, "I'm not paying you. You can take me to court if you want to, but you're not going to win a single penny." I took him to court, and won. He ignored the court orders and payment never came. So, I had to take him back to court a second time, so that he could explain to the judge why he hasn't submitted payment, and to provide information about his property and accounts so I could begin garnishments, liens, etc to recover the money. He didn't show up to court, and a bench warrant was issued for his arrest. A payment finally showed up for the initial judgment, but did not include the interest or court costs he also owed, which added up to a few hundred more dollars. However, I decided to close the case with the court because it wasn't worth my time to keep dragging him back to court for a few hundred bucks. I'm not sure what happened after that regarding the bench warrant, but his actions demonstrate everything you need to know about his character and unethical business practices. I brought in my car some minor body work, service seemed good at first and I agreed to pay $371.56 upfront big mistake, they didn't have the fender lining available, so they popped out a small dent on the front bumper and I thought they would call me on Monday to let me know when they could complete the job. Instead I had to call them and the desk clerk told me to come in on Tuesday that a technician would be available, I waited for over 30 minutes before Lacey one the managers comes out and says they don't have the part yet and she would call me when it was available. Long story short she didn't call and when I called she became argumentative when I said I'm not happy with the service and lack of communication, she said that she was going to go get the part herself( so she hadn't even bothered ordering the part) and refund me $20 dollars for labor for the liner what the hell?? I'm upset and I went today to pick up the part and Chad another manager starts arguing and acting like he was going to fight me and that "I'm lucky" hah when I complained and said you're ripping me off. Yet another worker tried to fix the situation and said they would install the part but by then it was too late, I drove off with the liner and no refund. I'll take my car to another establishment that does honest good work in a timely manner and is better organized. Avoid Fix Auto Redlands. read more

Update It's been 15 days since my review and I still don't have my truck. I called again today and they said it'll be don't but they won't give it back until they get a final supplement approval. I called State Farm and they said that's BS. They are also being removed from the State Farm approved list. It's been 4 months and 10 days since my small one-week repair accident. They have refused to pay for the catalytic converter that got stolen while in their possession so I had to get that fixed ($2500) before I could pick it up and drive it. I will post more I am sure. Update So I just called to get my truck back and they told me they need to send it a supplement to my insurance for a front-end alignment and won't release the vehicle to me until it's approved. I would not recommend bringing your vehicle to Fix Auto Redlands. I recently bought my car to Fix Auto for a minor repair. My mom backed into my car while it was parked in the driveway. No big deal, I brought both cars to this certified body shop expecting professional service and what I received unfortunately was far from what you would want from a certified body shop. The problems first began after about three weeks of leaving the cars in their care. I called the shop asking for an update and they informed me, once I called, that they have not started working on my mom's car. Upset that my mom's car has been sitting at the shop for three with zero progress or updates on the repairs, I took the car to another shop. This other shop finished the entire car start to finish in two weeks and their work and communication was outstanding. In that same call previously mentioned, I inquired about my car which was there for the same damages as my mom's car. I was told that my car will be done in two weeks, and the only thing holding it up from being done was waiting on a bracket to show up in the mail. This moves my timeline to five weeks in total so far. I patiently waited the additional two weeks then called fix auto again. I was constantly told that my adjuster wasn't around or in a meeting and couldn't take my call. Once I finally spoke with someone I was told that they haven't begun the repairs on my vehicle yet and they don't have an eta on when it'll be done. This information completely conflicted with what I was told two weeks ago. Obviously growing frustrated that I haven't had a car for five weeks and had no clue when it'll be done, I went down to Fix Auto to figure out what was going on. Speaking with my adjuster he provided me with a series of excuses and told me the car will be done in two weeks. To rectify the situation he threw in a free "full-service detail" which has a value of $350. This gesture was enough for me to allow them to have the car for another two weeks. So far we are seven weeks in with my car being at fix auto. The shop I took my mom's car to (which is the same brand and model as my car) fixed her car in two weeks and it came out immaculate. Once the two weeks were up I went to pick up my car. I receive my voucher for my free auto detail and left with the car. Finally, after just about two months I got my car back and at last, get to drive it home. Once I pulled into my driveway I noticed two of my bumper sensors fell out during the drive home! Now every time I put the car into reverse the car is constantly beeping. So I have no choice but to take the car back to Fix Auto. They take three days to re-attach the sensors and detail the car. I wasn't even going to write this review but when I saw how they gave the car back to me I knew I had no choice. The sensors look like a six-year-old installed them. And the "full service" car detail valued at $350 looks like they just took my car through a gas station drive-through wash. I waited over two months for this simple repair and their work was so poor I had to take it to another shop to properly reinstall the sensor and properly detail the car. All in all Fix Auto Redlands displayed a gross lack of communication, professionalism, and customer service. I would not recommend anyone dropping off their vehicle, no matter how simple of a repair. read more
