I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND MY WORST ENEMY TO GO HERE! We received a call 30 minutes before are pick up time from vip limousine, stating " your limo broke down and is in the shop, can we upgrade you to a mercedes benz party bus" i said yes! well we revived another call about 10 minutes prior to pick up stating that they did not have a party bus for our party and the best that they can do is a FORD TRANSIT VAN......I booked this reservation a month prior and had family and friends fly in for this event. long story short i told them they put me in a really shitty spot and they said "THERE IS NOTHING THEY CAN DO..... but get us a ford transit bus" after i paid almost $700 for a limo. so i asked the women i was speaking to for the owners name so we can write a review on yelp! SHE WOULD NOT GIVE ME HIS NAME! Jeff the OWNER, finally got on the phone and stated his conversation with "if i'm having to get on the phone while i'm extremely busy we have a huge problem here!!!!!" my father immediately grabbed my phone and said " Jeff, we do have a problem here, this is horrible business and is not right!" JEFF IMMEDIATELY FLIPPED A SWITCH AND SAID, WHILE SCREAMING "F**h YOU GUYS, DON'T YOU EVER THREATEN ME AND MY EMPLOYEES AGAIN! Our friend's invited us to join them in the Hummer Limo they rented from VIP Limousine for the George Strait concert. The driver showed up on time. When we got in it appeared the limo hadn't been cleaned but, the main problem was that it was REALLY hot inside. We asked the driver to turn on the AC and she said once we started moving the air would come on. It did not. From Bluffdale to Rice Eccles and it never cooled off. We were miserable!! There was 10 of us, sweat running down your face hot, no AC and it smelled like a boys locker room by the time we got to the concert. We were also told the limo had Bluetooth so we would be able to play our music. The Bluetooth didn't work. Towards the front of the limo, where I sat, the ceiling housing on the roof was loose and it rattled and bounced around the entire time. The driver told us she would pick us up where she dropped us off. Traffic control made her move so we had to walk a couple blocks to the limo. She told us that she went and cleaned the car while we were at the concert. Thanks, but it should have been cleaned before we were picked up? She also had beverages, which would have been nice to have on our way there, not at midnight on the drive home. She got on 1-80 at 700 East (approx 2200 S) and then took the wrong ramp and started driving North. She didn't figure it out and didn't exit the freeway until 600 South! We ended up having to open the screen and tell her how to get back in the freeway to head South to Bluffdale. I know things aren't always perfect but for the amount of money it costs to rent a limo, you expect a clean car, with AC and a driver familiar with our freeways. I didn't want to complain because I was invited and wasn't paying for the limo but in all honesty the experience was less VIP and more POS. I, personally would not rent from this company. If I had been the one paying for this, I would have written a MUCH more scathing review. One star, for being on time. All downhill from there. read more

I actually lost my job due to a sad situation with this company. I was a pretty regular customer. I scheduled a pick up service from my boss's home near Park City to SLC airport, and made the mistake of scheduling the pickup 30 minutes earlier than intended, they left after 20 mins but never made an attempt to call my him or knock on the door. When I called the owner to calmly find out what happened he went off on me with a litany of excuses, and started cursing at me for no reason. They're definitely not professional and will overcharge you despite the quote they provide. read more

Initially wowed by the $500 total online price for 5 hours. Then I get an email with 500$ in additional fees. Not happy but set the reservation by phone for 4 hours to lower the cost because i wanted my sons birthday to be super special. Found other limos for 650 including all fees for 5 hours. Called back less then 24 hours later, 8 days till date needed, and was then told the reservation was non refundable. So mad. Asked for a price match and the boss to call me...never happened. Day of limo, arrives early but was a wreck. Extreemly Dirty, huge dents, paint coming off everywhere, spray painted to cover missing paint. Was 2nd time the driver had driven the limo. I opened all my own doors. Had to tell him how to open the trunk, he couldn't work the tvs, stereo, lights, air. We did get there on-time but was down right embarrassing from the condition of the limo. Will never use them again. read more

Outright thieves who SHOUTED PROFANITIES AT US so children could hear after they failed to provide contracted service! Then tried to charge my card again without authorization FOR A RIDE THEY NEVER PROVIDED. We were spending New Year's Eve in Salt Lake City and then the next day planned to take a SUV up to Park city. We had pre-booked these scam artist to take us to Park city but on the way to the airport I decided I would be nice and actually give them the airport transport job as well. We told them how many people and how much luggage and contracted for a large lux SUV but they sent a car which was nothing like we had contracted for. When I called the main office and asked them (nicely) what the deal was and if they could send a bigger car the owner or manager (not sure) started yelling profanities like F**CK YOU and various other profanities in a tirade. He use the F word so many times I thought it was an Eddie Murphy concert. These profanities unfortunately streamed through my Speakerphone where several children heard it. Everybody was blown away because all we wanted was exactly what we had asked them for. An SUV large enough to take our group in our luggage. So even when we have not been in the state of Utah for over four weeks, after we disputed the charge that they refused to takeoff, they just tried to fraudulently use my card number to recharge it. If you want an experience like this, use these guys if not I would go elsewhere. read more

My husband and I flew into Salt Lake City on Wed Aug 13th 22. Our son invited us for my husband's 65th birthday. Our son ordered us a limo and bought us concert tickets. We were very excited for this opportunity. Thurs. morning our son called the limo drivers to make sure everything was a go. The limo driver assured us he would see us at 5:30. At approx. 5:00 we received a call from VIP Limo stating the limo broke down. My son Anthony was offered a Limo bus at no additional charge. Ant agreed to the change and said he understood things happen. By this time all of us going together gathered at Anthonys location. At approx 5:20 VIP Limos called and said oh we cannot offer you the Limo bus. All we can get is a Ford Transit Van. My son said for 700 dollars? She said yes. My son said you need to make this right. This in not acceptable 10 mins before pickup. We were relying on your company. Ant asked for the owners name which should be public info Jeff Netto, but the caller was very hesitant. She would not reply. This info had to be asked several times and finally Jeffs name was provided. We asked for his last name and all of a sudden Mr. Netto was on the phone irrate. He said I cannot believe I had to get on the phone to handle this (used choice words) when I am busy dealing with other stuff. He continued with our son in an irrate, aggressive, vulgar language. This has now flared up all parties. He continued to yell an told our son to (choice words) off. Then my husband got on the phone and said wait a min. We need to make things right. How does all this happen in 30 mins. You need to make this right. We can get a big Uber for 30.00 dollars instead of a Tansist Van for $700.00. We said cancel the van and we will do a Yelp review.He said I am not going to (choice words) take your threats. I will call the COPS ON YOU. I then got on the phone to try to defuse the situation and Mr. Netto said (choice words) you B and then hung up on us. We ended up getting an Uber and then Mr. Netto still charged the credit card without providing a service. BE VERY CAUTIOUS USING THIS LIMO COMPANY! After the concert Limo Taxis were lined up. We talked to a gentleman who was holding up a sign for their services. We told him our experience. He said he used to 3rd party contract out for Mr. Netto and had stopped because of his horrible customer service. read more

I used them for my wedding, to drive to the hotel at night. Driver was very professional and on time. I asked him to take his time to enjoy the ride and he did just that. I would definitely recommend booking through them! The process was simple and done online and through email. It was efficient and to the point. I'll definitely use their service again. read more

The limo was great, the driver was fantastic, unfortunately they hid MASSIVE charges (over $200) in their TOS. I booked a 30 minute drive and was quoted at $110 an hour, my wife loved it, absolutely worth the $110. It wasn't until we got out of the car was I given a waver saying I had booked it for 3 hours. I found out later (by searching their TOS) that on Saturdays there is a 3 hour minimum. It says this nowhere when you book, it even let's you book for 1 hour on Saturdays (which is weird because there is a 2 hour minimum every other day so that shouldn't even be an option). It's a very greasy business tactic at best. I know the chauffeur industry is struggling but surprising your customers with 3x the bill is not the proper way to innovate. Be better. Ps. They will respond to this with "We told you there was a 3 hour minimum on the phone." He didn't. That's how they got out of the refund. He told me they had it recorded but they couldn't play the recording for me. read more

I booked online before flying to SLC. Met me at the airport. Asked if we were going to the Radisson. No. I corrected him and said where were going to Marriott and gave the address. Apparently he did not read my online request. Then he took me to the wrong Marriott hotel. Helped me unload and drove away. I had to call him back and reload. and then we went to the right place. Unloaded again. On this trip I also used Pro Trans. They were a lot better. read more

Very disappointed DAD! This company is terrible. I spent over $1800 for my daughters prom night for a limo and VIP Limousine shows up with a limo that the step side is falling off and rusted. It made it very hard for the girls to get in and out of the limo with out tearing there dresses or having to get a tetanus shot, the carpet was all tore up with holes in it and duck taped together, the leather on the seats had tears and the liner on the roof of the car was falling down. My son ordered a limo for 10 of us, family and friends. Some of us flew in from Cali and Colorado for a special event. 30 min prior to our pickup our son received a call from the company stating that the limo had broken down and the were going to upgrade to a limo bus at no additional charge. 10 min prior to our pickup our son received another call stating that the bus was not available and they were going to transport us in a transit van. A few words were exchanged over this and my son asked for the name of the owner. The person said, Jeff. The person then hesitated on Jeff's last name. The owner then immediately spoke up and said, "I can't believe I have to get on the phone to take care of this when I'm busy doing other stuff". It appeared the owner (Jeff Netto) was on another phone listening to this intire conversation or close by. I immediately took my son's phone and had some choice words with Jeff. We were all taken back by the owners words. This is not how you conduct a business. Customers beware!! I would not recommend this company for business. read more

The Pros: Driver arrived early. Vehicle was clean (7- passenger Chevy Suburban) Good driver. Driver was professionally dressed. The Cons: Driver discussed personal information, i.e. 26 yrs. old and divorced. Did not offer to load all the luggage. Did not open or close doors. Did not adjust middle row of seats so two of our passengers could crawl into the far rear seats. Before we took off, we inquired about the rear head rest that would not go into the proper position, he simply turned his head around from the driver seat and said, "Oh, I don't know, I don't drive this vehicle much." Then he just started to drive. Tried to enter the airport commercial gate at the wrong location. Asked us at the airport which terminal was Delta. (we don't live in SLC but told him Terminal 2. He dropped us at baggage claim Terminal 1. As I was signing the receipt I noticed we were not at Terminal 2 and mentioned it to him. He just ignored my statement and drove off. read more
