He has a deep understanding of the fascial and connective tissue system, and also the muscles of the body and how they function together as a whole. I have been struggling with what doctors had told me was chronic plantar fasciitis for years (even though I didn't believe that's what it was), but Matthew gave me new insight to that and agreed that it wasn't plantar fasciitis. He worked my foot and lower leg so thoroughly, which gave me more flexion in my ankle joint than I have had in years. He also worked my illiacus and psoas muscles in the abdominal cavity extremely well.
