For customer service: 1.Ease of scheduling 2.Availability of appointments 3.Response time For quality of massage: 1.The therapist exhibits a good working knowledge of human anatomy. 2.The therapist checks in about pressure early on in the session (and adjusts if needed). 3. The therapist has a sense of symmetry (one time a therapist did one arm when I was face down, then had me go face up- and "switched" to the other arm. I have to share the fabulous massage that my daughter and I had from Ashley. I had made the reservations about a month ago with Nico, one of the owners. I knew when the guys were all out golfing that I wanted to do something for myself and this is what I chose. Nico was great a helping me with the reservations-gave him the date, address and parking stall number and told him what we were looking for. Ashley showed up about ten minutes early, wearing a mask (super polite) and gave my daughter ample time to talk about what she was looking for in a massage. I headed to the pool and came back an hour and fifteen minutes later and they were just finishing up. Our condo smelled of lavender and eucalyptus, it was relaxing just walking in. She had calming music playing, changed the sheets on her portable table, and then it was my turn. I shared with her the concerns I have had with lower back pain and sciatic nerve issues. Since we were staying at the Andaz resort, we were only able to do one massage at a time since there wasn't enough space in our room for a couples massage. That was a bit of a bummer so we took turns waiting in the same room. Rayna was the massage therapist who did a prenatal massage on me & custom massage on the hubby. I normally like my massages with more pressure but since I'm pregnant, Rayna said she couldn't apply much pressure on me. It was a relaxing massage but not mind blowing. We both booked 75 minute massages but Rayna finished my husband's massage 10 min early.. I could understand if it were 1-2 min early, but 10 minutes is quite a bit of time to cut off especially since we booked 75 min instead of 60 min massages.
