My hubbie and I had incredible massages on September 4th at 4:30pm! We both sadly forgot their names even though we promised ourselves we would remember so that we could shout them out in this review. Hopefully if management sees this, they can backtrack using the date and time to see who took care of us. My husband's masseuse was so thorough. He has lots of different issues that his body needs work on such as scoliosis. She really catered to exactly what his body needed. I believe she worked at a physical therapy location before which is perfect as my hubbie is in PT also. My masseuse was so sweet and got me comfortable in the pregnancy bolster. What a great find! We were staying in Wailea for a few days at the tailend of our vacation, and Yelp connected us to this place. Come to find out, it's literally a 2 minute walk from the AC Marriott hotel we were staying at! There's a decently large parking lot in the front and the terrain is flat and sidewalked. I called to make an appointment approximately 24 hours in advance and immediately got a call back from someone. They were super friendly and accommodating and much of the booking process was confirmed via text (with a human, not a robot like Vagaro or a booking site), which was great as we were in and out of service much of the day. We were able to use Venmo or Square to prepay or pay after the service. When we arrived, Brandon and Ghislaine greeted us by name immediately. The waiting lobby was comfortable and the ambience of the massage room was very nice: great temperature, soft table, and cozy sheets. The massage itself... WOW. My shoulders are no longer at my ears and I slept like a baby that night from being so relaxed. One of the best, if not THE best, massage I've ever received - thank you Brandon!! They check in with you about how pressure is feeling, how it's going, but other than that it's a quiet zone which I appreciated. The first thing I want to say is thank you to the 2 massage therapists, Debbie and Sid for sharing a Saturday morning with us. They were professional, easy to work with and easy going. I cannot speak for my wife and her exact experience with her practitioner except to say she expressed that it was good, she was happy and very relaxed. I can speak for my own experience, and I'm quite happy to do so, as I have only good things to say! The practitioner who worked with me was experienced, absolutely new his stuff and he has great flow and an intuition that not many massage therapist practitioners possess. This made it really easy for me to relax, trust and enjoy the time I spent with him, as much as I ever could during a massage with someone for the first time. Second time here with my husband, and I booked multiple appointments for my family as I had a great experience previously. Today's session was awesome! Both my husband and I loved our massages today with Brandon and Kacie. I didn't realize my forearm muscles needed some work, until Kacie starting relieving them. She was great and communicated throughout the session. This session was different from my last one, but I thoroughly enjoyed both. Brandon was also awesome per my husband. There was perfect amount of pressure applied throughout, and we felt so relieved and "light" after our massages. I felt as if my lymphatics were drained AGAIN! Wish we had more time during this trip to visit once again, but will do so the next time we are in Maui. I genuinely recommend this place to anyone looking for a great massage experience. What a find! Skip the fancy hotel spa treatments and book with Maui Deep Tissue Massage instead! I booked a couples massage - deep tissue for my husband, and prenatal for myself. Our massage therapists were Kacie and Brandon respectively. My prenatal massage was heavenly, Brandon made sure to address all my pain points - swollen feet, tight neck and shoulders, painful lower back and places I didn't even know were in discomfort. He made sure to check in with me during the massage, although I was already half asleep and probably drooling as well. The pregnancy pillow they have for the massage table felt great, although my husband did need to help me on and off the table since it was a bit tall lol. My husband said his massage with Kacie was great as well. Perfect pressure and relaxing! Booked a couples massage with 24 hours notice. The response time from the business was excellent, and much of the coordination could be completed via text. They accept credit card but also Venmo! They text you instructions on where to go. We got Brandon and Gigi. Our massage was very relaxing and professional. Everything was super clean. They checked in quietly with us to make sure the pressure was right several times but weren't chatty (I prefer a quiet massage myself, so it was perfect for me). My partner has sciatica and his back felt better the next day! Brandon did especially nice work on my arms and legs! Not only did they not disappoint, they surpassed our high expectations with their skill and attentiveness. Brandon made sure the pressure was good, not just once, but as he worked on different areas, which is important for a shy person like me who finds it hard to speak up. I noticed in addition to deep tissue massage he integrated trigger point work, physical therapy-esque sports massage techniques, and at times lomi lomi like relaxation. He managed to fix the neck and upper back problems I always get from sleeping in any bed that's not mine, in just an hour. Our only mistake is that we didn't book them for longer! I booked a 75 minute massage with Kerlie and she was amazing! Adjusted her pressure according to what areas were tight and also my preference. She was very intuitive and noted some nuanced tightness in areas I had not specified on the intake form but that I myself had also noted. The massage was very comfortable and very relaxing. Price range was great as well as compared to the big hotel spas around which charge upwards of $250 for a 60 minute massage...crazy. I can't recommend this place enough. Let me start by saying I have been having massage since I was a teenager, I was a canoe paddler then. I have tried MANY therapists and most all styles over the decades. I usually go for shiatsu every other week in Honolulu. My husband and I come back to Maui often as we have a second home here. I booked a couples massage with Kacie and Deb, I really wanted Sid or Brandon based on the reviews but they were both not available when we were. Let me say Kacie was WONDERFUL. I'm only 5'2 and kind of petite but I have deep knots as my work is mental (as is life lol!). Husband also enjoyed his therapy with Deb and fell asleep snoring. The room we were in had great feng shui: clean, professional, healing music and dimly lit. The table has a warming feature that we both used as the room is also air conditioned. Great location and has a nice, clean bathroom in the shared space down the small hall. They also offer Kama'aina pricing with Hawai'i I.D. which is great!
