They understood the high level of service that we required and provided an exceptional fleet of chic luxury vehicles. Their drivers were always on time, sometimes arriving up to 15 minutes early. Our first time to Miami using a limo service. We chose VIP MIAMI LIMO based on other yelpers 5 star reviews. So very happy we went with everyone's recommendations. Our drivers were extremely professional...we used VIP for our trip to and from our cruise. Eric handled our reservations via online booking and sent us confirmations. We pre-paid and the charge had no hidden fees such as tolls, etc. The cost covered it all. Sako took us to the cruise. He was very friendly and a careful driver in Miami's nutsoh traffic. We arrived at the Port of Miami at the exact time we hoped to make it by. Our driver Steven picked us up on our return at the Port of Miami. The remarkable way Steven communicated with us as he approached the port was so appreciated. If you have ever been to the Port of Miami you are very aware of the circus that happens on disembarkation. The port has done absolutely nothing to orchestrate any sort of organization for passenger pick ups. You'd honestly think it comes as a startling surprise everyday when cruise ships disembark 3,000 plus passengers each and everyday. The area to be picked up is nothing less then total complete chaos. However, our driver Steven navigated it all with complete composure. (Honest to God if I had to deal with that madness everyday I'd already have been locked up doing 20+ years). What was so very nice was despite the total complete chaos Steven stopped at a conveinance store at my husband's request to grab some lottery tickets for the billion dollar Mega Millions before we got to our hotel. I'd use VIP MIAMI LIMO again in a nanosecond. Wouldn't even give it a second thought. What I would do different is to never ever again take a cruise out of the Port of Miami. My boss's wife recently needed an airport pick up in Miami to visit her best friend that lives there. This is the first time I had to get her a limo in Miami and was not familiar with any car services in that city. With that said, after a lot of research and comparisons, I chose VIP MIAMI LIMO. They were all of that an more! I dealt with Eric and he is fantastic. From booking the service to bringing my precious cargo home at the end of the night, this was a wonderful experience. Eric arrived early, professionally dressed to fit the occasion, in a beautiful, pristine new Vehicle and patiently waited. ( as anyone who's used a car service knows that may be desired but is not always the reality). I felt very comfortable handing our loved ones over to him. The communication between him and myself, as well as him and the kids, was exactly what a parent would want. He even called me to let me know when they entered Prom! Something I loved that he did and had not even asked him too. My kids had a fantastic time! Aside from the obvious, which is feeling like a VIP being driven around in a high end new Escalade. They also felt relaxed and a sense of security knowing he was always nearby and ready to pick them up and take them to the next location. Oh, and the little Xtras in the SUV like the gum, sanitizer, waters and chargers where priceless. (Who thinks to grab those things yourself when you going out?). Funny thing is the kids originally wanted to stay in a hotel South Beach which we weren't very comfortable with. So we offer this to them as a consolation prize...this was no consolation prize! Because at the end of the night they told me they were so happy to have Eric and this SUV and they felt like it made it so much more fun having the freedom and security go around town rather than just staying in a hotel and having to navigate through the traffic and the crowds themselves. The kids had such a great experience they can't wait for another opportunity! And to make it even clearer, how happy I am with this experience and how much I appreciate Eric... I also had a wedding reception I attended while the kids were at Prom. I was so comfortable I was able to relax and enjoy the reception and not worry about my kids and that was PRICELESS!! A HUGE Thank You to Eric for rescuing my family ( my husband, my infant daughter and myself) from the " other" taxi guy. I had initially called Eric to schedule 4 pick ups since we were travelling from Toronto to Miami for a cruise and needed a rear facing car seat. I liked my conversation over email with Eric but didn't book with him because of the overall cost of the limo service. I was being cheap. Anyway, I booked with another taxi service and it was a complete nightmare! No email address, so I called and spoke to the owner and he was so quick and abrupt and said " yeah yeah" to all my questions. The price was cheap so I booked. I had a bad feeling about it as I didn't receive a confirmation at all. Let's just say we were left stranded at the airport, had to call numerous times to get picked up, it happened again where I called for pick up to go to the port and they showed up 30mins late with the wrong type of car seat. Finally the last straw was when the taxi showed up at the ship to pick us up with no car seat and he said " I thought you said you were bringing one!".... so his associates were flagging down all the taxis coming into the port asking for a car seat. I was livid, and contacted Eric right away, he arranged our pick up in a cool clean SUV with a nuna rear facing car seat.
