I got a no-chip manicure on a Saturday. By Tuesday one of my nails was chipped. I was able to go in and get it fixed free of charge, however by the next Saturday, a new nail, plus the "fixed" nail were chipped again. I have never had such bad luck with a no-chip. I had a appointment for 6:10. I called an told them i would be 2 minutes late because of traffic, and when i arrived they said they couldn't do my nails because i was too late. They were closing at 8:00 and when i asked if they had an appointment after me they said no. I have gotten acrylics many time before and i know they take about an hour and 30 minutes. This place is fantastic. I got a no chip manicure in less than an hour. I had a no chip on my nails. Jackie removed my color faster than any other place I have been to. She trimmed and filed to the exact shape I wanted. Only $35 and no charge for removing my color. New trend now is to charge $ for the 15 minutes you sit there allowing your color to soak up the nail polish remover. The place is large and allows for social distancing well. Normally I do enjoy this salon however I got acrylic tips with dip nail powder last Wednesday and 2 days later the polish starting lifting and less than a week after getting my nails done, the polish is all chipped off. My mother in law and I tried this place out for the first time ever on a Saturday afternoon. When we got there, the shop was empty (strange) and only one girl was working there even though I made a reservation for 2 people about a week in advance. She did my mother in laws nails first and then did mine. Another lady came back in about 45 mins into our appointment and I guess she was the other nail tech even though she was introduced as her friend (also very strange). We got our pedicures done after our manicures. The best part was the massage on our feet. The nails were done mediocre (polish was super bulky and not natural looking and also started chipping a week later even though it was no-chip). I would never go back here.
