A friend and I came here for post-brunch manis today. We booked online a few days prior. We asked if they could do a simple nail design with dazzle dry but they said it's not compatible with the dazzle dry polish. My manicurist was very sweet and did a nice job, but there was a miscommunication with what I wanted. I had 2 polishes picked out and asks for an accent nail (ring finger) on each hand, but she didn't seem to understand. I didn't have the heart to correct her. The manicure still turned out great. I waited a week to write this review, but can now officially say I received the best pedicure I've ever gotten at Zindaa Nails!! I typically do my own nails on a regular basis, but like to treat myself to every now and then. I wanted a pedicure now that it's warm enough for sandals, and ultimately decided to give Zindaa a try because they have Dazzle Dry products, which are non-toxic gel-ish nail polishes that also don't require a UV light. It is only $5 additional for this non-toxic no chip product ($45 total), so I was excited to give it a try. Scheduling an appointment online was pretty easy, and the system allows you to choose your service provider. I was booked with Tina, and she did a great job! My only feedback point was that although Tina was amazing, I had the first appointment of the day and noticed the other nail technicians all ran late to their first appointment leaving customers to wait. As such, I wouldn't stop in for an early appointment if you have somewhere to be right after! The pedicure itself was great. The space was very clean and aesthetically pleasing. You get to choose between lavender or green tea products for your service, and Tina had great attention to detail and was VERY thorough. The Dazzle Dry has more limited color options as pictured but came out truly looking like gel, and has no chipping or peeling a week later. I was not very happy with my experience here. First thing must be that I had made an appointment at a specific time, but this was not honored by the employees in favor of other customers. Understandable, but disappointing nonetheless. I simply wish that if I had a scheduled appointment that someone would be ready to take me at the requested time. I sat at the pedicure chair for about 20 minutes before someone came over, starting 20 minutes after my appointment time while they did someone else's nails. Then, the color I selected for my nails was taken away by another employee and put back on the shelf. Since I was in the pedicure chair, I couldn't get up to find it again. We ended up just doing a color similar to the original. Again, understandable but I was disappointed. The pedicure was great, but the manicure was where I was most upset. My manicurist was rushing through the appointment and was very rough with me, I ended up bleeding a lot from my cuticles because she cut my skin. Now, I had gotten a gel manicure and went though all the correct steps. In less than 24 hours, my gel had chipped and completely peeled off my pointer finger. As I'm writing this review, three days after my manicure, two other nails have chipped. I am just not happy with the amount I paid for the service I received and the subsequent chipping for a manicure that is supposed to last many weeks, if not more than a few days. If I wanted a chipped manicure, I would have done my nails myself at no cost. Now I will say everyone is friendly and the place is clean and decent, but after this experience I will not be returning. read more

I'm so disappointed with quality of powder dip manicure. Had my nails done for first time at Zindaa this Sunday, on Monday a nail peel off. By Wednesday half of nails completely peeled off and 2 nails were paper thin and broke. I'm devastated. I have never had such an awful nail experience like this before in over 2 years of regularly getting a powder dip manicure. I will definitely call a huge red flag using warm acetone and soaking entire finger to remove previous dip powder, then using a very thin layer of base product. The least Zindaa can do is to issue me a refund. read more

The salon is very clean and all the tools are new for each customer and stations sanitized. The staff is welcoming and professional, dressed in scrubs. The atmosphere is relaxing and quiet. Usually I go here just for pedicures and stick to a different salon for manicures but now I'll make this my go to salon for both! They did a great job removing my old dip and didn't over file the top off. They also cleaned my cuticles really well and overall it just looks so clean. I'm not sure of the name of the woman who did mine, but she did an excellent job and took her time to make sure everything was even. Pricing was great too, these are my real nails and sometimes other places will charge me for them being long - but I paid $55 before tip! I'll definitely be back!!! I'm so satisfied! read more

Online scheduling is convenient with lots of flexibility (red flag?), and the salon itself is very clean and comfortable. Unfortunately, I've tried them twice, and I won't be going back. It's far too expensive for the quality. My Dazzle Dry manicure chipped on the 3rd day, and two nails had large chips by the 4th day. This is barely any better than regular polish. The techs were friendly enough, but both times they ripped my cuticles to the point of bleeding, leaving me in pain for a few days. Ouch. My pedi was better this time. The massage chair controls didn't work right this time, so I had to go with whatever random settings the remote chose for me. My first pedi here resulted in an awkward shape, and one nail somehow got water under the polish which I've never had happen before. I'm hoping this latest pedi won't have that problem. read more

This was one of my favorite nail salons. Recently, I got a pedicure from Tina and it was a hot mess. They no longer do callus removal, unless you pay extra!?! Callus removal is the whole reason for a pedicure. The last pedicure I got, Tina did a fantastic job removing my heel calluses. This time she said it would cost extra. Never again. read more

This place is very clean, professional and friendly. I happened to see it while in this particular neighborhood and thought I'd like to give them a try. I walked in for a pedicure and dip but was informed that they don't do dip anymore. This was about six weeks ago so I don't know if that's changed. I was seated quickly even though they were very busy. I would recommend an appointment for future visits. I got to choose from a selection of scented pedicure packages for my service. They put the plastic pedicure baggie in the foot soak tub, pulled out the packet of sanitized pedicure tools, set up the massage chair and went to work. The lady that did my pedicure was careful with my cuticles, thorough with clipping and shaping of my nails and gently with exfoliating my heels. This is only a four because the website still had dip powder listed but they don't actually do that service. I will definitely go back for a pedicure. Now I need to find a dip location. read more

Pink white ombré with no chip gel polish $50. I think the pink color was bubble gum or bubble bath. She did about 6 passes of the white color. Light vitamin e oil and lotion massage at the end to help the skin not get so dry after being in the curing machine of the gel. Next time I think I'll tell her to only do 3 passes of the white so it only shows hints of white. read more

After reading all of the great reviews I was surprised I had such a below average experience. I will say the place is VERY clean and I do love that about it, but that's really all I enjoyed. To start, my message chair didn't work. This isn't a huge deal but I personally enjoy that aspect of a pedi. Second, I don't think I was given any sort of care on my feeties in terms of buffing the bottoms or messaging my legs. When I tell you I was not given more then a 45 second message on both legs combined I am not exaggerating. Beyond that, I got a no chip French tip pedicure and not a single white line on my toe is even. Which after they finish it is too late to give feedback on how they look as the polish is solid in place. For a pricey *$60* pedi I really expected more. This place was a no from me and I will not be telling anyone to stop by. read more

The first time I came here I was looking for an acrylic full set, and my business was turned away because they don't do acrylics. The second time I came I had an appointment and was seen by Mimi who did a dip powder set with an extension. I had a great experience with Mimi and I was satisfied with my nails. They lasted about three weeks. I came back today and asked if they were able to squeeze me in this afternoon, and I discovered that Mimi is no longer with them. Dip powder is not currently being offered. Once again my business was turned away. If you're looking for a basic gel manicure, I guess this is the place for you. I wanted to like this place soooo badly because it is right around the corner from my place. However, I got a "no chip" manicure on a Friday, and by Monday my nail color was already chipping off of three fingers, and the rest of them were cracking but still in tact. Sarah was my nail tech and she finished my nails within 30-40 mins, which was the first red flag. I've never had someone finish a no chip manicure this fast. She would only dip into the nail polish once, and paint 3-4 fingers without re-dipping each curing round. When I got home and examined my nails closer, I could see the spots on my nails that were uneven or missing nail polish. She was also rushing through the curing under the uv light process, sometimes barely waiting for the light to even turn off before reaching out for my hand. So why didn't I say anything? It was my first time getting an ombré French no-chip nail manicure, so I didn't know if the ombré was created with a thinner coat of polish. To be fair, my nails looked great at a glance when I left the day of... I called the following Tuesday and asked for a complete re-polish which they agreed to without problem. However, fast forward to a week later and my nails are starting to chip again. This time I just got a regular French no chip manicure. No change in daily routine. I haven't had this issue with other nail places I go to, which usually lasts about two weeks or more. 2 stars for effort and price, but I won't be returning to this place for nails. read more

I've been going to Zindaa for about a year or 2 now. I've had pedicures and no chip manicures. I make an appt, but usually don't need one. I love they have enough staff to take me quickly. The front desk people are very friendly and easy to communicate with. The place is very clean, and the prices are competitive. Most of all, my nails are in good condition, and they do a great job so they don't get brittle from the process. I highly recommend Zindaa!! read more

I found the atmosphere to be like a doctors office. Fluorescent lighting looks terrible. The women were not very gracious to put it mildly.
