My technician was such a fastidious person and he was attentive to details and it was so relaxing. I have actually liked the way they dealt with me during the process they are clearly aware of their craft and they are very keen with regard to the needs of their clients. I did not experience any form of pressure or discomfort at any time. The atmosphere of the salon is very relaxed and it makes spending time there very easy. I got out a satisfied person about my nails and the whole experience was excellent. I will definitely be coming back! This is what you want to call the type of place that you can guarantee of receiving excellent service and you can feel like you are in good hands. Without reservation, highly recommend!

You may walk by this place and think it's another run-of-the-mill neighborhood nail salon. Not at all. I've been seeing these gals for years. Everyone who works here is great, so you can't go wrong, but Sandy is the PREMIER GAL to see. And Ling is superb! They sometimes get so booked, they have to turn away walk-ins all day long, but that's usually on the weekends. This place doesn't look like an upscale nail salon, but your nails will have you thinking otherwise. Everything is 100% sanitary. The ladies are all perfectionists, so your nails will be beautiful every time you go. They have a large selection of nail polish to choose from and they use only the best top coats and nail strengtheners. They have a very loyal following, so you're best bet is to make an appointment. Although I'm sure walk-ins are no problem mid-week. I think they are Boystown's best kept secret. Oops... I guess the secret is out. read more

I have been going to Lu's for probably 15 yeras... Sandy and Lien are the absolute best ... the attention to detail is outstanding ... I had ingrown toe nails and Sandy worked on them for 2 years and they are now beautiful ... Lien does the best manicure, it rarely even chips and looks great all week ... plus the two are very personable and a lot of fun ... anyone looking for a great nail salon in Lakeview cannot go wrong here read more

I found Sandy many years ago. She is fantastic. I have gone to other places in a pinch and none measure up to quality and care I get at Lu's Nail Boutique. After those disappointments, Lu's is now the only place I go to get my nails done. Some may consider it to be a bit pricey at $17 for manicure & $36 for pedicure but I tell you they are worth every penny. I highly recommend it. read more

She even checked them for me before I left to ensure they didn't smudge. I'm particular about chairs too, and you have enough space to relax and not feel uncomfortable while having your service.
