I can't say enough good things about this place! It is so clean and nice and you can really tell they take pride in their work and business. I have never had a bad experience and have been in often (I have a very hard time believing any negative reviews on her since everyone there has been insanely polite and accommodating every time I've been in). I was disappointed in my last pedicure this morning. It was done in a hurry and the paint looks sloppy. I would have asked for another paint job but I was with a friend and didn't want the distraction. I've had better pedicures in the past where they take more time to do a better job. It wasn't worth $30 read more

i went there to get the gel removed on my nails. the guy kept burning me with the nail drill they use to remove the gel. he shaved my nails so thin they hurt! after he was done i went to go pay. he said it was $5 and i handed him my card. he told me that they dont take cards for under $5. i had zero cash and didn't know what to do. i asked them if they would paint my nails so the cost would be higher and i could pay with my card. they said sure and he painted my nails. that was really inconvenient. also my nails are so thin now from him taking off the gel. the only plus was that the gel removal was really cheap. other places are up to $15 just for a gel removal. read more

Came in as a walk-in. Brand new, very clean, friendly staff, great massage chairs. They offered me a bottle of water and let me wait in the massage chair until my turn. Received a fantastic Deluxe Pedicure ($37) from Amy, she spent over 45 mins and the massage was delightful. I noticed that they all take their time with each client which is great! Lam is very friendly, funny and talkative with clients. They are a new business so the customer service is excellent, so I hope the customer service and quality stays consistent as they become more popular. I will be back! read more

The salon was very neat and had nice staff. My nails WERE beautiful until about a week after. My index nail started to come off and so were all of my diamonds. The lady who did my nails didn't glue the diamonds on correctly and were falling off quick. I also didn't damage my own nail, it just started to peel up. One by one they are starting to come up. The nails appeared very nice to the eye. I have been getting my nails done for 5 years and I have never had any of these occurrences. read more

I had came here for my birthday nails, and I was extremely disappointed. The lady who did my acrylic nails, was busy on the phone, therefore the nail shape was NOT what I wanted. She pressured me to get shellac instead of color powder. The pricing was pretty expensive, being that I've been to other places where they charge cheaper for colored powdered nails. The nails are too thick for my liking. The pricing is too much for something mediocre, and for something that I do not even like. I would take your business elsewhere! read more

Nancy did my nails and was extremely friendly along with other staff, also spoke very good english and made picking my color easy. Had bad experience with previous nail salon and hated how my nails looked. Nancy fixed them to exactly how I had originally wanted and made me feel super comfortable. She was very considerate and mindful of what i wanted, I could tell she was very educated on what she was talking about. Extremely pleased with my services and so happy I found my new salon home. This was the most uncomfortable experience I've ever had at a salon! I'm not sure why me walking I'm offended people but I was stared at for 2 min and it took 10 min for someone to ask me if I had an appointment (which i did) then another 25 min rolled by until I was attended to. My tech was so rude and annoyed that she had to do her job ‍ she kept reminding me of the price almost as if she thought I couldn't afford $30 ... and I thought maybe I was being sensitive but once I saw how all of the other clients were being approached with smiles and kindness I realized I was the only one in there that wasn't blonde. Ok so I went to go get my nails done for Christmas and it looked nice in side but when it was my turn they kept messing up and about 1 week later they fell off and completely ruined my nail some of it was still on me but it ripped it off and the nail polish scratched of vey easily read more

I've been going to VIP Nails and Spa in Arvada for a couple months now since I moved to the area and I've been nothing but pleased with the services I have received. I go every 2 weeks for pink & white dip on my fingernails and every 4-6 weeks for pedicures. I do recommend you call ahead to schedule as they do get very busy but they do not rush and the quality shines! Nancy is my tech for my nails and she is fabulous to say the least. I've had a couple others for pedicures and I have always been happy with all of them. The salon is always clean and bright and upbeat. The pricing is comparable to others I've been to in the past and what I expect to pay. It's a nice relaxing environment and the employees are kind and attentive to my needs. I recently sent a friend in to VIP that had been unhappy with her services elsewhere and she also was pleased with her nails....and they lasted! This is a nice and clean nail salon but that's about it. I asked for a pedicure and service was mediocre. The guy would not cut or file my nails, didn't use a sugar scrub (which is supposed to be part of the pedicure) and didn't scrub the dry skin off my feet. It wasn't busy and the pedicure only took 30 minutes. I basically paid $30 for my nail polish to be changed. I won't be back. read more

The young man that did it was nice enough .. pretty quite.. didn't even try to give small talk even though he spoke English. Very rushed. This place seemed nice enough. Inside was clean and the reviews were good. I went for a gel manicure and a regular pedicure. They started with the manicure. I am aware that my nails are brittle and damaged, but I'm not sure how that effected me having a sloppy manicure. Yet, My nails were blamed when I said I was unhappy with the uneven file lines and polish lines at my cuticles. I still had to pay full price. And the man was rude. read more

Never going back! After I was seated for my pedicure, I was told the credit card machine wasn't working and to please pay cash. I told them I didn't have any cash and they said it would be ok so we proceed. Then as he was working on my feet, he asked if I would go to the bank and get cash. I have been coming here for a few months because it is so close to my house and convenient. I probably shouldve stopped awhile ago though. I have been getting the dip powder done on my nails and almost every time I get it done they chip with in a week. The always tell me to come back in and they will fix it if it does but I do not have time to come in every single week to get my nails fixed. I have friends who get dip powder done else where and it lasts then 3 weeks + with zero chips. I should have known when they had the wrong phone number on their front door, that this was not the place for me. THEY arrived late to the shop for my early morning nail appointment. The guy tech broke one of my natural nails so low that it took weeks for it to grow back out, causing me to have to cut it down really low. My shellac nails chipped after a couple of days.
