It's a very comfortable place, but I felt that they went a little too quickly on my top gel nails, resulting in nails that were a little sloppy and unpolished (excuse the pun). The shaping was kinda uneven and not straight, the technician leaned too heavily against the nails during the final shaping, which took off the polish from the edges. Additionally, the ombré I requested was wrong: incorrect shades used, shiny instead of matte, and the technician used too much alcohol when cleaning up the ombré which made the gradient on some nails noticeably uneven. Overall, if you're in a pinch, they had last minute availability which was convenient, but I'll just book in advance somewhere else. read more

Edit: It is the day after and both my big toes are swollen,in pain and infected. Makes sense as tools were dropped on the floor twice and still used. Should have walked out right then. Save yourself from pain and disappointment and avoid this establishment. Maybe the worst mani and pedi I have received. Polish is streaky and it seemed as though I was being rushed through. I had to point out how 3-4 fingers were not completely painted. The excuse was old polish. The lady doing my manicure was doing it while the lady was doing my feet and I had to soak my nails in a bowl that they rested on my bare lap. Overall very disappointed and will not be returning or recommending their service. Only thing that saved it from 1 stars is affordable pricing, but I guess you get what you pay for. read more

Honestly I was very impressed by the nail salon. I was a walk in for a fill in. And only waited about 5 mins before I was seen. The lady that did my nails did a great job when it came to the design. But she lacked in the care. She drilled over my nails and skin a few to many times. The drill would get hott on my nail and it seriously hurt on my skin. I do have sensitive skin but this made my skin tear just a little bit. Not sure if I would go back. Still trying to find a regular salon to go too. read more

if you want an extremely painful two hour long manicure where they cut every finger you have, this is the perfect place for you! came in as a walk-in just wanting short almond shaped nails, left with long rounded nails that look like shit because the nail tech cut every single finger i have and blatantly did not listen to me every time i winced in her chair. she blamed me for "having too many hangnails" as she drew blood all around my nails, including the fingertips. also i can see fingernail marks embedded in my acrylics where she went in and used her own fingernail to dig under my acrylics and furthermore scratch me underneath the acrylics. not to mention, it has been two days since getting the manicure and my nails are still throbbing underneath. when i tried calling to ask for help, as my experience was literally from hell, they blew me off and never got back to me. barely even cared. avoid at all costs. i came in with good intentions and left injured and now i have to call my bank to dispute the entire charge since they will not contact me back. not a very good look. read more

I went for a manicure and pedicure here on Tuesday. I hadn't been in more than a year and a half. When I went before, it seemed fine. Not great, not terrible. This time was awful. I had opaque white polish on my fingers and toes. I liked it and wanted the same thing again. Their color selection was sort of weird, and I chose what I thought looked white. When I sat down for the pedicure, I asked my technician if the color I had chosen would be the same as what I have on. She said "Yes this is good." Turns out she doesn't speak English at all and was just saying a phrase she knows. I discovered this after telling her not to cut the sides of my nails, only the top. The first thing she did was cut a chunk out of the side of my big toenail. When asked which pedicure I wanted, she kept saying the name of one of the more expensive services. I said, "No, basic please. I don't like the scrub." When it came time, she slathered scrub all over my legs. She also kept scrubbing the exfoliator sponge on my arches, which have nothing to exfoliate. It hurts, and I kept saying "Ouch that hurts there." She just smiled or laughed each time. The polish looked like total crap. It was sort of a translucent white and the way she applied it left streaks in each toe. Not at all what I wanted. I should have left before the manicure, but I needed to get the previous gel polish off. After she cut my cuticle twice badly with the clippers, though, I stood up and said I wanted to leave. I didn't care that there was no polish on my nails. The owner(?) said "She doesn't speak English." Ok, so this whole time I had been talking to someone who was just smiling and nodding, and who didn't understand me at all. Great. I told her I wanted to pay for my pedicure and leave. The owner said she'd finish my manicure for me, which she did. It doesn't look good. I paid full price for both of my services and left with two bleeding cuticles. One of them is still very red and swollen. To top it off, the shellac polish on one of my fingernails started to chip off the very next day. Look, I sympathize with people who are trying to learn another language. I've studied a lot of languages. It's not easy. What this experience shows is extremely poor management and an establishment that cares about doing as many services as possible without any regard for customer satisfaction. Instead of letting this woman screw up services and cause customers pain, someone should be making sure she understands what the customer wants. The place was also really dirty and dingy. Much more so than last time I was in. I obviously will never go back, and I would advise anyone to avoid this place at all costs. read more

I've lived in the area for over 3 years, and have struggled to find a good place to get my nails done. For the most part, so far, the places I have tried either didn't do a great job or their services wasn't that great. I drove by this place a couple of times one week and decided to stop in. Being a germophobe, I especially appreciate that they have disposable liners and recycle them away after each use. For those wondering, Emily said this used to be the nail place inside Walmart on Youngfield and 32nd, but she said when they closed the store they decided to open a place nearby. Local place in Wheat Ridge. Nice, clean and great work but make sure to make an appt. The wait can be rather long. They seem to be more focused on nails rather than toes but they still did a great job cuz my heels can be a nightmare for any tech. Tracy also did my artwork which was $5 in addition to the $36.00 step up from the basic. Prices are a little steep and I think the basic pedicure would have been enough. Worth a visit read more

I came here to experiment with dip powder nails for the first time, and I read that uv lights aren't required for this process yet this salon used UV lights for the gel top coat. I'm not sure why and I prefer not to use UV lights. The nails look good, though! I appreciate the appearance and am curious about its impact on my nails. Also, I read that the nails shouldn't be dipped from the public jar yet this salon did that. I'm not sure what the right protocol is so I will check out the other salons that offer SNS for comparison. read more

I just moved to Denver and was looking for a nail salon that did SNS (dipping powder). They were able to get me in the same day, and Tommy did an amazing job on my nails! I've never had a better SNS manicure before - normally, the dipping powder is too thick, but Tommy made them look just as natural as gel nails. I will definitely be a regular here! Incompetent. Do not go there. I was there over two hours and the light was not working to make the shellac firm so they had to drill it all off. The man also hurts when he does your nails, We had an appointment and they made one of us wait 20 min. Also they get so many clients they treat you like cattle and have many people working on you and they do not pass on communication. When they get busy they try to start on everyone and do a bad job. The lady that painted my toes smudged the polish and I went home with a wet nail. Do not go there. read more

The lady did a pretty nice job on my nails but the polish didn't go all the way to my cuticle and I was mainly getting a pedicure because I have lots of dead skin on the bottom of my feet and she didn't hardly get anything off at all. Not worth the price. read more

I do not recommend this place. I see the other good ratings and maybe it was just the nail tech that I got but he was rushing so much that my nails look horrible. I got the dip powder which is already starting to chip off within 5 days and usually lasts me at least 2 weeks. They are all different shapes. And he did the top coat with regular gel polish instead of the dip powder top coat which I have never had done before. Once again, it may have just been my nail tech. read more
