Trust the reviews! It took 3 people to do a gel manicure and pedicure. The way they cut my nails was so upsetting. Both thumbs have two different shapes and sizes. I like to have my nails short and square round, but I have a long nail bed so my nails always look great even when I don't keep them long. Anyhow, a different person did the design, and I specifically told them I wanted creamy nail polish beneath the design and they didn't listen. They also used recycled flip-flops which annoys me. They're are meant one use at a time and recycled toe separators. I use the restroom before I sat down and it was filthy. I should have left at that moment. I'm just super disappointed because I'm leaving for a 10 day vacation. The price was a lot lower than other nail salons in the area, but I would have rather pay more for quality. $52 for gel manicure and pedicure. They tried to be nice but damage was already done. The first time I went, it went fine. They were nice and the place was clean. Prices were lower than Lake Nona. The second time, the gel didn't even last a full 24 hours before almost every nail chipped or broke. I had to file my long and healthy nails down and that never happened with any other nail salon. I went here because it was the closest to our new house but won't be going back again (at least not to the males that work there). They didn't do a great job. My daughter's regular nail polish also peeled off pretty instantly. Maybe we will try the women nail techs here but not sure I want to even go back. It's a shame because I felt so lucky this place was so close and had decent reviews :( read more

I asked for a regular, basic manicure. They talked me into the gel instead. The gel, which is supposed to last longer than basic nail polish, started to peel within 3 days. I went back and told them about it. The answer I received from whom I took as management, simply stated that "it happens." I took my grandmother and myself to this salon. I got an SNS manicure and my nails are all crooked and the SNS isn't applied evenly to each nail. It looks very very trashy. My grandmothers pedicure isn't even completed. Her toenails are crooked and the polish isn't even on the full nail. The woman who did my nails was talking on the phone almost the entire time she was doing my manicure. This salon was very unprofessional too. I would not go back to this salon ever again, I do not think that my manicure was worth the $35. Don't waste your money here. Update: not even a week later my SNS polish has chipped off. I haven not been doing hard work with my hands so the polish should not be chipping. Almost all of the sealant has come off on my thumb so the SNS is coming off of the nail. And again I do not do much that would make this happen. read more

After a few visits, I realized I was leaving stressed out each time. They have pushed me for other services I didn't ask for and have done this to my friends I referred there. They overtalk you, ignore you and do what THEY want and not what you ask of them. This place is awesome. All of the workers are so nice and it feels very comfortable. The prices are super affordable and worth it. They spend lots of time and care on your nails. That looks better. I came to pay for what i want. Spent 3 hours on nails that i myself shouldve done at home. I myself am a nail tech and know how nails should be. I hate how they look because from what i first wanted to what i got i did not receive. Yes the staff is very welcoming. However if you ask them to do something that's not along their lines of doing it be prepared for them to ruin your nails. I went yesterday to get my nails done. One chipped last night so I went back today for a repair. I asked for a coat of clear gel and to let it cure (I've been doing this for over 5 years now with no issues). The main mistress seemed to have a problem but when I advised I'd just go to my normal salon to have it done she sat me down and put a coat on. She then put some kind of oil over it after only letting it sit under the UV light for two lighting cycles. I'm now home 20 minutes later with very rough nails that look like there are salt crystals in them! Never again will I be spending my money at this place! Update: Less than 24 hours later with no strenuous work done, two nails have already chipped half of the nail polish off. What a waste of time and money with this place! read more

I came in for a pedicure because everyone else in the area was swamped. My fault for not making an appointment. I like to make sure that the tools they are using are fresh out of the sterile pack after being cooked, I had to ask if she could use a new one. I had to tell her to go under and around my nail. I wanted to enjoy getting a pedicure but I was looking at her the entire time while she was doing them. Not so enjoyable. read more

Had a mani, pedi and waxing done. The tech who waxed me had a terrible cold and congestion. She leaned over my face (without a mask) breathing on me -- when she wasn't sneezing -- for which she mercifully turned her head. PS I now have that cold. During each service I felt absolutely manhandled! It was as though they forgot they were working on a person! My feet were hit or thrown to indicate "change feet" or "foot back in water". My toe cuticle was cut and bled. When waxing, the wax was applied and the linen literally SLAPPED on my face. No thanks, I'll pay a little extra for a professional. read more

This place is great. It was not busy and my tech did a great job. I just moved to this side of town and was in search of a new place and I found it. I did not get my nails or eye brows done but they have a special if you get a luxury mani and pedi you get a free eyebrow wax Monday-Thursday.
