Denied service to gay people. When the manager came, the gentlemen attempted to tell their side of the story, asking if it's a store policy, they were cut off and told, "That's the end of the story. We don't have to do business to anybody we don't want to. If you stay, we're going to call the police for you trespassing." When they informed him that he was being discriminatory, the manager agreed and that he has the right to discriminate against anyone because this is a private business, and, it's ok to discriminate against people. Some people place importance on stereotyping, and, imposing order and predictability in the world. For whatever reason, they feel the need to maintain categorization so strongly that they feel uncomfortable providing services equally to all, regardless of race or gender. Horrendous service! Vivian is the owner with her husband Tom in the Old Kings Road location. I was in between appointments and my nails were chipping, so I walked in, and asked Vivian if I could get the gel removed off my hands. She abruptly and rudely asked "just removal? You don't want a manicure or another service?" And I told her I was in a rush and will have to come back another time, and that I just needed my gel removed for right now. She almost seemed offended. Rudely told me to sit down and that it's going to cost me $10 only cash. I mentioned to her that I wasn't carrying cash on me and didn't realize they don't take credit cards for a $10 transaction. She said did not even reply to me. I asked her if she could help me out this once, and that it was my not first time there. I got a simple NO. I walked out and told her well thank you for your business but you won't be seeing me anymore. I WAS SHOCKED AND THROWN OFF by the treatment I got. And the only thing I did was walk in to give her business. Charge me a transaction fee, come up with a solution, and say it with a smile. So many nail salons in Palm coast, she obviously doesn't value the business given to her. Obviously she didn't remember me, but just shows how her "kindness" with clients does not come from a genuine place. Because if you catch her on a bad day, watch out. read more

Horrendous service. My pedicure was done so poorly. No cuticle oil and barely took care of my cuticles. Wasn't paying attention and only put lotion on one of my legs! Cuticles ended up sticking out so bad from my toes that the first time he painted them looked awful and I had to ask him to do them over completely. Still doesn't look great with missing spots and cuticles clearly not cleaned. The manicure was just as much of a mess. No cuticle oil, no lotion during the hand massage which honestly just hurt, and the final finish looks incomplete and sloppy. Will NOT be returning. read more

Lena waxed my eyebrows and gave me a good gel manicure. It was $33 for everything and included removal of my past gel nail manicure. I requested pointy nails but received a lovely oval shape. Their deepest wine color available was more of a dark crimson red, yet I was highly satisfied with the finished result. read more

This is my favorite nail salon. The staff are friendly and very good at nail services. They are very creative and offer fun nail art. Literally probably the worst pedicure I've ever had. I made an appointment for 2:30 and ended up having to wait 20 minutes while the finished other customers. The man literally rubbed my legs for about 5 minutes? Maybe less- even after I mentioned SEVERAL times that the only part of a pedicure I enjoyed was the massage. I had paid for the hot stone pedicure figuring it would ensure me some additional massage, but clearly it did nothing. They didn't use any oil or lotion with the stones, nor did they apply any lotion after. I didn't even wait to dry because the polish job was average at best and honestly I wasn't concerned if a small amount knicked or chipped. I will NOT be returning and would have been better off painting my own toes at home. read more

So so sick of paying for things that are not worth it. I asked for sns nails. A full set. I was given a full set of knock off sns nails. I asked about 5 times to be certain they were giving what I asked. When the owner came to do my nails with the container that clearly did not say sns I asked again and picked up the container and looked at it. He took it out of my hand and said yes it's sns. I'm currently at another salon who has the actual product. Outrageous behavior for a nail salon who is supposed to be reputable and licensed. read more

My girl was friendly enough but seemed like she was in outer space. The biggest negative I have for this place is the salon was very dirty and even the supplies they used such as the toe separaters looked used before. They did not come out of a new package. I should have got up and left but I felt bad. My nails didn't look bad when I left but my toes didn't look so great . She did everything so quick that it was not thorough. It hasn't been a week and both are chipping. Even the gel polish . Also, I was quoted $40 and charged $50. I won't go back . read more

I would not recommend this salon. My sister and I both got acrylic nails and pedis; they began to get busy and with only 3 people working, went very fast and didn't pay attention to details. That same day, both of us had the polish on a few of our toes peel off in one piece. We came back a day later, and they were very rude about having to fix our polish. They tried to sell us a gel pedicure and told us there was something we did to ruin the pedicure. The woman who finally agreed to fix it huffed and puffed angrily the whole time, was speaking to her colleagues in their language, and multiple people were looking at us and laughing while she fixed our toes. It was an extremely uncomfortable experience! I told the woman that getting my nails fixed was not a way i preferred to spend my vacation, and she just continued on. I wish I had better things to say, but we won't be back! read more

I personally do not recommend this nail salon. I went in for waxing. Told the lady that I have sensitive skin and to please be careful. She was distracted talking to another person didn't even pay any attention to what I was saying.The wax burned my eye brows pretty bad. Got blisters right away. read more
