They were not distracted and made a nice effort to connect with us. The atmosphere was very relaxing, music was pleasant in the background, and the level of hygiene was noteworthy. A new packet of nail implements was opened containing sterile reusable tools and a new package of disposable files and a buffer was opened too. The meticulous application of polish was exceptional. The cost was comparable to others in the area, selection of polish or applications available too. Note they prefer cash (well who doesn't?). We will be returning!

When I saw the male technician start with the first acrylic, I told him I wanted Gel X and wasn't looking for acrylics. He told me it was as they use a different product and 'I would see.' Complete lie. Total acrylics--tips with glue and a thick bond and then gel polish. Freaking $70!!! Will NEVER go back! They are just looking for a sale, not looking out for the customer!!!
