I called and asked if they did Gel X and they said yes, so I made an appointment. I went in and again, stated I was looking for Gel X specifically. When I saw the male technician start with the first acrylic, I told him I wanted Gel X and wasn't looking for acrylics. He told me it was as they use a different product and 'I would see.' I was told 3 time a basic pedicure with gel was $35 I asked 3 times she said yes $20 for basic with no gel polish. I barely got anything because I clip my own nails. I seldom leave reviews but felt that I needed to do so in this case. I went here for a powder-dip manicure which normally lasts weeks in perfect shape. Three days later my nails started chipping in the corners. The polish was brittle and kept peeling off. It wasn't cheap so I decided to go back. Told them I was there a week ago and that my nails were chipping. I was waved over to a different nail tech. Thought maybe they were now giving me their best tech and perhaps a reduced price if any charge at all. Nope! I was charged full price for another manicure which this time began to chip in two days. Thank goodness my previous nail tech returned from extended vacation at a different salon. My nails are now lasting perfectly between manicures again!! They obviously don't know how to do a powder dip nail, so perhaps should not offer it as a service. read more

If I could give -1 stars, I would! This was by far the worst service I received at a nail salon in my entire life! When I went in there was not 1 customer in sight! I asked if they were coming, and they hand motioned me in and said they closed at 7. I came at a little after 6. Linda stood over me and I couldn't select my nail color in peace. She kept suggesting one color after another every time I didn't like one she suggested. I felt pressured to pick one so I wrapped up and chose a color. She made me prepay for my nails, then rushed and was painting my nails like it was a being timed or something. She then rushed me to the drying station where she proceeded to give me an half ass massage with gloves on. The massage lasted all of 15 seconds and besides the fact that my hair & shirt kept getting caught up under her gloves, she was man handling me with no cate or regard to the fact that it hurt. This lady really pushed for spa pedicure even though I kept asking for standard Pedi. Telling me I have callous on my heels and that I need spa package for that treatment. Well, most nail slots take care of the callous as part of the standard care and she did afterall. She's also a bit rough with the trimming and filing. Could have used more filing on some of the toe nails. Overall, not impressed with the service. Came here because of convenience but won't be returning. read more

I went for the help many/pedi combo and it was great! I got gel nails and regular toe polish, and i You get a massage and a paraffin hand dip and it was the tits! Highly recommend. Michael is the best. He works so hard to make your nails look perfect. I feel like he takes a bit longer than most, but my nails look like perfection. Coco nails is great! I came here with a group after work last evening. It was nice to relax after a long day of work and spend some me time with friends. I chose the green tea pedicure and was very happy with the job that Wendy did on my toes. I was able to pick my color from a wall of polishes and I felt like I had many options to choose from. Their standards in cleanliness are sooooo bad. Please avoid if you can. I came here once maybe twice when they first opened to get my nails done. They we're using tools from the person before me that didn't look to be cleaned or (by the way they were stored the same way before and after I got my set) sanitized. They were pretty rough on my cuticles and nails...I started bleeding and was completely freaked out since they were using tools from who knows how many people before me. I recently went to get my eyebrows waxed bc I really don't know many places and I haven't been here in over a year I thought they may have changed their ways. Man I was wrong...the woman dropped something on the floor (I usually have my eyes closed so I couldn't see what exactly it was but I heard it). I opened my eyes and the two things she had in her hand (after picking whatever it was up off the ground) went straight to my face. I know I should've stood up for myself and said something but I am so anxious when it comes to that. I've been going to Coco Nails for a over a year now, but after the experience I had today, I will unfortunately not be returning. Although I've had great experiences with the other workers there, Michael has been rude and disrespectful on multiple occasions. Today before sitting down to get my nails done, I showed two women who worked there a specific design I wanted done, which they then described to him. He started doing my nails and then got up, grabbed my phone from me and started going through it without my permission. I took my phone from him, pulled up the picture to show it to him, and he once again grabbed my phone from me and started going through it, which I politely asked him to stop doing. After that, he started very aggressively grabbing my arms and hands, throwing them around and knocking them into things, and forcefully shoved both of my arms into the dryer, when they were already placed in there. I told him to be more careful, to stop doing that and stop grabbing me forcefully. After he finished my nails, I got up out of my seat, to which he purposefully pushed the chair into me so another customer could sit down. I very rarely complain or make a fuss about experiences I have, and try to be as understanding with people as possible, but I think this was just too far. It's clear they don't care about treating their customers with respect and I will not be returning or giving them my business again. read more

They did not even shape my nails right he had a problem that I wanted long nails and then he couldn't even do the design that I asked for instead of telling me that when I first got there, he attempted to do it and it didn't go right at all then said he should up charge me five dollars because I didn't get a normal French tip when I literally got a normal French tip. My nails are uneven when you look at them from the side, they are not square like I asked them to be and one of my nails pop off not even two days after the man was laughing at me I don't know what the joke was, but it wasn't funny.
