The pedicure room (where my friend was) is especially cold seeming, all that tile and the sounds of well, you know, echoing. You pay and leave gratuity up front before leaving. I would not want to get my hair done here because of a lack of privacy, it's the kind of thing I would not want strangers seeing, it's really a personal thing. Hair dye, wet hair, all those foil things, are all best left under a veil of mystery. The ease of making an appointment is great: online, telephone, schedule next one up front while you're there...they text you reminders which I appreciate, even though it's in my calendar.
