Jana suggested a long time ago to get gel instead of regular polish and the techs do let you know when something you chose hasn't had good results. I appreciate them for doing so, but also maybe throw it away? lol They used to have a hard time saying "no" but as a regular I can scan the room and tell wether or not I'd be squeezed in. This place is really appointment only unless they're having a slow day. FYI: If you're a walk in and the say they have time but you see 5 people waiting and 3 techs, you should go about your day. With any salon, ALWAYS ASK PRICE BEFORE WORK IS COMPLETE and stop being afraid to say you don't like something.

The massage was quite lovely and he was nice enough however he was looking every which way instead of focusing on the service. I was nervous he would snip something that should be snipped. He was rushed and didnt cure the gel polish so it smudged. He also didnt place color on the edges so it looks incomplete. All that for $60 plus tip to me is not worth it. Im willing to try this place again cause they were able to get me in right away but I will request a woman as they might have more attention to detail.

I asked for no drill and they attempted to pressure me into drill because "sparkles are hard to take off." I stated if they didn't want to do the pedicure without the drill, that's fine, I will opt out. I was cordial but wasn't going to be pressed to do something I did not want having just returned from a 20 mile hike... I needed GENTLE! The kicker, one of the workers went to her client and began talking about me to them. Because I opted OUT of drill? Did you bother to ask why? Asking for more detail before slandering a customer is good practice Totally unprofessional and unnecessary. I also spent a month in Vietnam and can understand 'some' of what is being said. It's not kind to talk about your customers and assume they can't understand because you of a different ethnicity.
