Frankly I don't have a lot of experience with party limo's to compare to my experience with @viptransport_LV . I have flashbacks every time I think about this night, and my ears ring at just the hint of a party limo. But the service was fine, the limo was certainly a party atmosphere...although I've never been in a club quite so packed. There was champagne flowing, people drinking out of the bottles, blasting music, flashing lights, flesh on flesh...not for the faint of heart. You see, the limo seated like 24 and we packed in 31 at one point. We probably should have stopped inviting random Vegas vacationers into the limo but what the hell. At the end of the first ride I couldn't feel my legs. Just packed in that tight... So as far as the service...we got to and from our destinations, we got a party, we got what we paid for just fine. Did NOT feel like a VIP! Booked this company for my Las Vegas arrival and Wedding. First, the positives; they were priced on the lower end of the 3-4 companies I called for quotes, Buddy was easy to talk to and responsive during the initial booking, and for the most part they were on with time with the pickups. So here are the negatives... Responsiveness: After the initial conversation there was some back and forth to make sure the confirmation emails were correct as there were some errors (no big deal but I wanted to make sure there was no confusion come the day) but responsiveness and return phone calls fell off at this point. The Driver: The gentleman who drove the Party bus both nights (Richie) was about as social and accommodating as your average taxi driver (did not offer to assist any elders with bags at airport or make any attempt to make sure his riders were comfortable.) Also, he did not ask us what music we wanted so he started playing all kinds of random things and switching mid song. During the wedding we had him stop at some locations for pictures at which point he basically pulled into locations (side entrances or garages) and didn't speak one word, just expected us to find what we wanted. The Party Bus: The party bus that Buddy advertises as the largest in Vegas (it's not) only holds about 20 people sitting somewhat comfortably, the air was not working correctly or insufficient to cool the bus, the door did not close properly and kept opening while driving (letting in additional hot air). On initial pickup, the bus looked as if it had not been cleaned in some time (dirt and crumbs all over the floor and greasy smudge marks on the mirrors and floor.) It was cleaner the second trip after noting this to Buddy. Also, both monitors in the bus had fuzzy screens or snow. The Payment: When initially talking to Buddy he said that gratuity was not included and was up to me what I wanted to tip, but when the time came to pay, 20% gratuity was added on and the driver requested that full amount (I feel the driver did not deserve this). Also, when initially talking to Buddy he said payment could be made via cash or credit... Come the night of the wedding, before we even left the hotel, the driver was making sure I had the full payment ready for him in cash (very unprofessional) I told him that Buddy said they take credit as I didn't have $1300 in cash on me. (Who doesn't take credit anymore!?) After some back and forth and after speaking to Buddy I just agreed to go to an ATM and pay cash as I didn't want to be left without a limo on my wedding. Overall, the experience left a bad taste in my mouth and I will definitely not be using them again or recommending them to anyone. read more

Excellent service. I let them know the entire itinerary for the night and were super helpful getting the exact limo reservatons we needed. We ended up using thier Mercedes Sprinter Limo bus and it had more than enough room for our party of 8. It was very clean and comfortable. The stereo, stripper pole, TVs and party lights made the journeys as fun as the destinations. They were always just a text message away for pick ups and were very professional. I am in the hospitality industry and I must say VIP Party Limos by far is the most customer service oriented company I have worked with. I spent weeks calling and researching limo companies for my bachelorette weekend. But no other company was more accommodating, professional, and more reasonable than VIP. The process of booking the limo was effortless and the owner was amazing in everyway possible and made me feel like a VIP myself. The driver Danny was incredible he made the experience even better. He was on time, very personable and had a great personality. Of all the things we did that night and places we went myself and my girlfriends had the most fun in the limo. We got the new stretch Mercedes and it was BEAUTIFUL!!!!! I have been in limos before and by far this one was all decked out and hooked up. So where do i start?On 3-22-2012 I spoke with Crystal to give her our arriving info. On 3-23-2012 30 people including myself arrived in Las Vegas from Detroit waited 2hrs for Exclusive VIP transportation to pick us up from the airport and drop us off at the Luxor. I called 1-702-544-9398 and 1-702-889-8477 over 48 times and left several voice messages because no one from their company was there to pick us up at 11:34 a.m. as planned. So we had to use Showtime shuttle transportation for their services. Once I got to the hotel I went to their website and retrieved another telephone number which is Buddy Ramsey the owner. When I called and spoke with him about us not being picked up he stated that he was there at the airport for 45min waiting on us and he called me and never got a number and he did not leave a message on my voicemail. Buddy wanted to accommodate us by picking us up later that night so N. Williams and I who is my partner on this group trip agreed to it. They picked us up at 8:00p.m. Thursday March 23, 2012 and took us to Joes Seafood and Steakhouse in Caesars Palace. We stayed there for an hour or so. Barry the driver asked us what would we like to do? We didn't know so we asked if he can just take us to the liquor store which was maybe a block away. And wouldn't you know that when we got off the bus he told us that would be $150.00.Really??? To take us to the store! Mind you there is only a 25% deposit and we gave Buddy the owner a $1200 deposit and we was only suppose to give $560.00 and that was because we had the party bus for 2nights yeah right. So as you know everyone was upset very upset. Where were we being accommodated at huh? I thought that was ridiculous this is not accommodating at all. We were never picked up from the airport; then you tell us we have to pay an additional $150.00 to go to the liquor store. So I called Buddy. NO ANSWER. I tried talking to Barry as to why we were getting charged and that did not turn out well and I still gave him a $100.00 tip for his services to show that we needed him for our nightlife in Vegas. I called Buddy Saturday to let him know that no one wanted utilize his services anymore because they did not feel comfortable and did not trust him and his business. And to just charge us for the hour that we use the bus for. He told me that was not an option. We either let them pick us up after the Kevin Hart show and take us to some clubs and take us to the airport or we lose our money. So again we decided to use them. GUESS WHAT? BARRY SAID THE HE WAS NOT COMING TO PICK US UP AND BUDDY STOP ANWERING HIS PHONE. I keep sending people to VIP so I thought it was about time I posted a review. I've worked with Many limo companies and truly every time I am impressed with this company. It seems that I am the go to girl in Vegas for people that are in crisis or need something immediately, they're on a budget or just don't know who to call. No matter what time I call, how short the notice or what the budget I and the people I recommend are always treated as if we are their number one client. Every time, without fail, they have been kind, helpful and easy to work with. Every time without fail they have shown up when expected and have gone above and beyond to create a great experience. The driver has even stopped and taken multiple photos for a group I had in from Columbia that had never even seen a party bus before. He spent a good 20 minutes just taking photos and interacting. My wife, who is an attorney, says this is a good example of why she always gets agreements in writing. I'm not sure that should have been necessary. When I call for a limo or shuttle to the airport, for example, I've never had to get an agreement in writing. My point here is that with VIP Party Limos, you really do need to get it all in writing because they're not shy about holding your limo hostage just before your event with demands very different than what was agreed to over the phone. read more

This was the worst Limo service I have ever had. I have used different services in LV and in other places and none have every been as terrible. The AC in the Limo did not work at all- turning the car into a furnace. Our driver showed up late AND was MIA when it was time for our pick up. Buddy, the main guy was rude and unhelpful and totally cheated us. Save your money, do not sign up for this limo service from hell unless you want your event totally ruined. read more

I hope that everyone that comes on this site to review this company is aware of how unprofessional this company is. I booked a party bus for 10+ people for a hour. The day of event I didn't get any calls from anyone confirming my reservations finally on our way to palms I decided to call the company and verify the driver would be there and where exactly they would be picking us up at. The guy said he would have the driver call me which never happened I had to call back and ask where he was. My entire party waited outside for bus which never showed up! I called the customer service number back which only had one guy answering the phone. The guy never picked up the phone. I called multiple times and was sent to voicemail and even had people in my group call from different area codes with still no answer. We were left with no bus waiting outside for 45m to make backup plans! This company is a piece of shit and whoever the guy was that blew us off is an asshole! Please don't ever consider using this company and if anyone wants proof of how many times I called I will show my call logs because this was so unprofessional and inconsiderate of this company! read more

I normally do not write reviews but I would like to warn other people about their customer service because it was a little shady to me. Sadly, my group didn't get to experience their car service as I hope but instead I had a horrible experience with the whole booking process, and the lack of communication they have only via phone since they don't have an email address on their site to confirm our reservation and so forth. I was told they will email an email confirmation of our reservation the same day when it was booked over the phone. I NEVER received it; called numerous time and the person was very brief as he was on the road so he couldn't assist (note: this should've been a red flag to myself, as they do not have an actual customer service person or receptionist). I was being very patient with them but when the event day was approaching I wanted to make sure my reservation was set. I called again and it was the same guy who was again driving and couldn't help or talk but promised he will call back and emailed my reservation. Please note they have a 7 day cancellation policy, I attempted all these calls within that time frame. I had enough so I called back two days before my event to cancel my reservation as I felt uncertain of their lack of service and did not want to risk the day of. They had the nerve to say I will be charge for the cancellation fee because it's past 7 days. When all I wanted was a simple confirmation email to confirm it was booked and had called them for it within that time frame....this shows how unprofessional the company was with lack of customer service skills and very unorganized . Please book with a legit company that actually have a full contact information, not just their phone number, etc. I booked with another company that was LEGIT, got a confirmation email within 3 mins and let alone it was more CHEAPER (EarthLimos). read more

I had the worst experience with VIP Party Limos. Despite receiving an itinerary, the driver didn't know how to get to our destinations or in what order. *Our vehicle was changed a the last minute. It was called an upgrade, but there was trash from a previous trip left in it, and the radio didn't work. We only asked for the radio because when we asked the driver to put on music, he played 10 year old rap, and at one point even put on a movie from I don't know, say 1999. *Payment was demanded upfront even though a credit card was given with the reservation. The price quoted at the booking was also different than the price given at the time of service. *We were dropped off at a casino, and when the driver picked us back up he had his girlfriend on board. When he was questioned about that, he got extremely angry and said that she isn't just his girlfriend, but also his assistant. I asked if she was paying to be on the bus, as all of us were - and he said that if I wanted to continue to ride on the bus (in which I had already paid for) then I would have to APOLOGIZE. I merely questioned why I pay for a service and then have the driver's girlfriend on the bus. I will never use this service again. Next time, using Presidential. read more

I found VIP limo to be incredibly unprofessional. The owner, Buddy, completely ripped off my party and misrepresented the services that we had agreed on in our contract. We were picked up over an hour after our designated time, and what was supposed to be a "private" party bus picked up an additional 16 people on the way to our destination. Not only did this make the ride extremely uncomfortable because it was so hot, but also unsafe as people were sitting on the floor of the limo because there weren't enough seats for all of us. Additionally, when it came time for us to leave, our driver was nowhere to be found - he called us over an hour after we were supposed to be picked up and said they had run out of limos (even though we saw several vehicles with VIP Limo branding as we were exiting the venue). We were also not able to reach Buddy at all during this time, as he did not respond to our texts or voicemails. I would not trust these guys, especially Buddy, with your transportation needs in Vegas. read more

100 % would NOT recommend this bus company. The driver/owner (Stan) made all the girls feel extremely uncomfortable and violated. We are high schoolers that rented this bus for a high school dance and it is incredibly inappropriate for the driver to hit on his clients especially if they are UNDERAGE GIRLS. Throughout the night be literally grabbed a girls butt... not even an accidental touch..it was intentional, told the guys on our bus that we were all good looking girls, told another girl on the bus that she was hot and then tried to cover it up by saying that she looked hot "temperature wise" which was obviously not what he meant. One of the girls lost something on the bus so she went to ask the bus driver who told her that we all looked sexy walking down. What the heck!!! That is not normal and its very inappropriate and it shouldn't have happened. He also showed up 40 minutes late because he got confused with another reservation which is just unprofessional. He charged us for that time even though he hadn't arrived yet. Because of the drivers unacceptable behavior, all of the girls including myself felt uncomfortable and anxious the whole night. After having several conversations with Buddy Ramsey On 1/17/2014 I paid $650.00 for the gold package a four hour rental which was to get us into each club VIP not waiting. This did not happen for my grand daughter. I requested the VIP bus which was to have a stripper pole and the driver arrived with the land yacht wrong vehicle, then our first stop was to be the Sapphire we were met with racial discrimination and no help from the driver. Even after riding for approximately an hour and half they would not even let use the bathroom. The driver then took us to the Olympic Gardens where we were told that we $20.00 for the male strippers to interact with us. so we had to sit and watch female strippers for an hour. The package was to include getting into the Chateau at the Paris with a table this did not happen. the driver told us to ask for someone by the name of Josh he told us he did not comp after midnight. This was not a good experience. the only good thing is that I did not have to put down a deposit. I would not recommend them to anyone. I'm so glad I did not give my credit card information. Not happy. I was so looking forward to giving a positive review. but it would just be a lie. read more
