Theresa did my nails and she was very patient and talked me through my manicure. she always asked me questions if my nails looked okay and how she was going to do them. she also asked if me and my family would like a water and she brought us water. very nice. my nails turned out very pretty and i'm pleased with how they look. i came to vegas to visit & was very picky with which salon i went to since i wanted my nails to look nice. this is the perfect place to get a manicure! read more

Came here on Mother day and had a great customer services by salon staffs . They are very accommodating, friendly and paid attention to detail. Although their credit card machine were having a problem that day but I do understand thing happens out of control sometimes and technology difficulty is the normal thing. Other than that, I love the pedicure manicure experience here except for I witnessed 2 customers were really rude and giving the employees and the owner here the hard time when it came to pay. The salon had a credit card machine problem so the employees were trying to negotiate with this 2 ladies about the payment I believed . Then I watched this 2 customers telling another walk-in client to shut up and mind her own business when she saw this 2 ladies argued with the employees . It's kinda ruin my relaxing time here . I'm normally not a nosy person but coincidentally I saw these 2 customers yelped this salon and gave them bad review and this really caught to my attention . That's why I must write this review just to be fair. Every story has the beginning , the middle , and the end. So ladies , do not listen to what I believed Logan T mentioned in her review . Apparently she wrote this review out of angers and to be honest how many reviews you guys can find here that said these employees here are not professional? Rarely right? I'm not afraid when I said that. I used to be a business owner and I just think it needs to be fair for a business to not have to suffer from clients who always want to write a review just to get something out of it .! Awful customer service and very unprofessional. My sister and I went in for a mothers day pedicure and had such a horrible experience. 1. They were late to open their store. 2. They made like we didn't have an appointment although we made 2 appointments online and then proceeded to rush our pedicures. 3. When trying to pay their clover system was not working. They finally got it to turn on and we proceeded with payment only to find out that their system was still offline, a message popped up "accept payment offline?" We then selected yes, meaning once the system went back online the charge would go through. They then tried to argue with us that the payment did not go through. From previous experience running a business with a clover system we explained and SHOWED them on their system that we just accepted the payment offline meaning the charge is pending until they regain connection. They did not accept that fact and called the owner. The owner also continued to argue with us and then asked for a picture of my credit card. That is completely unacceptable as they already had the last 4 digits from the SAVED transaction on their system. They continued to ask for cash when I had already paid for my services. When I refuse to pay TWICE the owner states "you think we're not going to refund your $146 dollars, this is a $100,000 business what are we going to do with $146." Completely unprofessional. read more

I will never return to this nail salon. While the decor is very nice I could not believe the way they overcharged. Unprofessional and deceptive. I came for two services: a gel fill for my manicure and a regular pedicure. But when I received the bill I was stunned. Even though I had only requested a regular pedicure they charged me for a special pedicure where they remove callous! Plus they charged me an extra $10 for my manicure because two nails were broken. Neither nail technician informed me in advance that there would be these additional charges. Shame on this salon! read more

This nail shop opened a few months ago and they're right around the corner from my new place I moved into so I thought I would test it out. So so happy that I did. My deal breakers for a salon are if it's dirty, always slammed or too pricey. The atmosphere here is always welcoming with charming decor and friendly staff. Tiffany is an absolute doll and she does an amazing gel mani. Tracey has done my pedicure a couple times and she really takes the time on my feet with a little extra TLC on the massage. I love this shop so much! Tiffiny does the best gel manicure I've ever had and Theresa does a killer pedicure. I've been begging my husband to go with me for pedicures for the last five years. Finally he caved. We sat in their luxurious massage chairs while the tubs filled. The chairs massage from the top of your head to the bottom of your tailbone. While we relaxed in this Tiffany blue escape We got the best pedicures complete with epic massage. When we were leaving my husband turned to me and said if I knew pedicures felt that good I would have gone sooner.
