To echo another reviewer, their selection is as excellent as it is extensive...but it's the customer service that stands out the most--it's bar none. I forgot to ask the gentleman's name (will do so next time so I can add it to this review), but he could not have been any friendlier or more helpful. Prices were more than fair, to boot. The owner of this shop is a scammer do not buy anything from here I bought a illadelph ash catcher today and when I get home I notice when I get home it didn't come with a stem so I come back to get see if they'll give me the original stem the owner comes to me to tell me that illadelph doesn't sell the stem with the micro ash catchers and he proceeds to show me ash catchers with stems and say to my face they don't sell them with the ash catchers when he sold me one in 2023 with a stem and when I tried to return the brand new ash catcher with no stem he just sold to me the same day I was not able to return it because he said it smelled like weed when it was unused this guy is a scammer I will never come here again if you want a better shop go to Lincoln smoke shop near Santa's Monica btw here's the photos for reference as proof read more

I have been eyeing this store for a long time now and yesterday I finally got the chance to stop by. I was greeted by Feras and showed me to the cigar room in which was clean and very nicely presented. I was able to ask him questions and got some great recommendations from him. He was not once bothered or annoyed. He was helpful and polite and was able to guide me to a good torch for my cigars. Overall, the experience was top notch and was better than any smoke shop I have been to. read more

Came here with hopes that I could get my questions answered about detox products. To my surprise, I left just as confused as when I arrived. There was a young guy who tried to help me but in all honesty he just didn't know and couldn't really answer my questions. The other young gentleman who was there also did his best to help me but just gave me information that I already knew. Just a word of advice... if you work anywhere you must know your product!! Not knowing could make you lose sales. Lucky for them though, with me they made a sale and I walked away happy due to the price of what I bought. read more

So I love this shop and the sister "Torrance smoke shop" but I've been getting some good juul pods but most of them leak.. just bought a new pack and the first one already leaked before taking out of package. I still have the box and pods. I wouldn't mind but Juul is very expensive and I don't have money to be wasting like this. I know it's not the shops fault but it would be nice if I can get non leaking pods. Anyways the shop is awesome love both of his shops!! I would give it 3.5/5 just because of the prices but I do understand it's by the beach. Hope I can switch out the juul pods because the ones I got were no good. read more

I went back a little over a week to see if they got it and they never did and were extremely rude. Bought a funky republic vape right before i went out of town on friday and it worked well for two hits and then started free firing for 5-10 seconds after every hit and sometimes just out of nowhere. I went back on sunday when i got back from my trip to see if there's anything they can do and they said "no it has to be same day and if i saw you buy it". Well even if I didn't go out of town i bought it right before they closed so how does that work? Honestly if the dude would've given me another vape i would have bought a bunch of zyn, cigars, and kept coming back. But after this - probably wont!
